Bad customer service, they scam you without telling you the 14 day cooling off period only applies to finance company and if you not happy with the car they don’t take it back....please stay away with these utter scammers

My sister bought the car with interest free cars on 19th March 2019, Toyota Prius 2014 registration fy14gzm, there was scratches and scuffs on the car, we have notify this to the sales guy but he said since it’s black colour it’s prominent but would you pay £20000 and take full of scratches car??? Well we gone home and then thoroughly check the car it was full of scratches and then we phoned to The guy who we initially spoke when we first contacted interest free cars and he said send us pictures and I will call you back he totally ignored us we tried to contact him twice but no success so next day we cancel our finance within 14 days of contract and phoned to return the car, surprise surprise we won’t accept the car because 14 days cooling off period only applies to finance not interest free cars, which is also contradicted as when we sign our agreement the sales guy He didn’t tell us about this he told us, if you not happy with the car you can cancel within 14 days, then we got call from manager in interest free cars, he started threatening us we won’t accept the car no body force you to buy car blah blah! So please guys at the end we were force to cancel our withdrawal fincance and end up getting car back! Please avoid interest free cars at all cost because they Don’t know how to run the business and give respect to customers!thanks

I didn't go to Hull to test drive or check the car out. I trusted their word and they delivered ever so professionally. Thank you so much once again! Hi There this is a genuine review about interest free 4 cars. Just to let you know i am not a some kind of dude in korea or india puting fake review, this is genuine. Staff at the interest 4 free cars helps there customers above and beyond, provided your credit history is good. Alan,darren , and especially the chap who did all my paperwork. They are transparent about everything, very good people, highly recommended.

I have been a customer of interestfree4cars since 2011. I have purchased over 5 cars over the period. Quality of cars has always been excellent. Customer service has always been second to non. Cars are always very reasonably priced. Quality and service standards are superb. I have always found the team very ethical, professional and non pushy.

Recently couple of weeks ago I purchased 1 series BMW. Car is in a pristine condition inside out. Mechanically great. The price of car was very reasonable. Car was preped to BMW main dealer standards. The team at interstfree4cars always exceed my expectations by going above and beyond on every purchase.

A month ago I purchased Mercedes Benz e300, Beautiful car inside/Out. Even though i could have purchased this model at grand cheaper but having on 5 year interest free still works out to be cheaper options then paying interest on each month. Had a great experience dealing with the staff at interestfree4cars, initial point of contact was Alan Sherrif who went through the payment options very professional Gentleman and 5 days later when I travelled up to Hull office to pick the car up there was Darren Hall who was very thorough going through every aspect of the finance terms and conditions. Overall very much pleased with the car, monthly payments and service received.
On lighter note.... Bit disappointed with Darren didn't share his Jam doughnuts or offered a cup of tea. Lol.

This is my second car from interestfree4cars, their service is excellent, very good reliable cars, I drove the other car for over 2 years, no problem at all, last month I part exchanged and got a different car, my dealings with Alan and Calvin were fantastic, they were very friendly and helpful, I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.

They sold a car with budget tyres for a 420d BMW. The tyres were causing issues to the transfer box and caused stuttering while driving.

The problem was acknowledged 6 months later. After taking it to BMW they said the issues were with the tyres and they dealer should not of sold the car with those tyres.

The staff were so rude and they don't even want to acknowledge that the problem was theirs. Contradicting BMW themselves who design the cars.

Very upset customer and would never deal with them again. Bunch of frauds.

I am very dissatisfied with their response in not coming in earlier. The issue was with the tyres they sold it with.

Rubbish standards.

Straight forward car buying service, wide selection of cars available. Friendly staff who make the whole process very satisfying.
