great concept but.......Inflating the value of the cars is not justifiable

i compared a Mercedes advertised on interestfree4cars website with a used Mercedes direct from the Mercedes website, the cars were almost identical apart from the mileage. The Mileage was almost 8000 miles lower on the Mercedes official website and the car was almost £7000.00 cheaper to buy.

If i bought the car on finance from Mercedes directly i would have paid a monthly finance fee with interest and that would have amounted to £26000 in total

If i bought the car on finance from interestfree4cars i would have paid the monthly fee for a car worth £25000 in total

basically cars are over valued to account for the loss of interest, the use of the word interest is missing but is included in the total value of the cars.

so if you are Muslim and want to avoid interest you have to basically pay more than the car is worth, because a car directly from Mercedes is priced way lower, the £1000.00 difference is due to interest being charged by Mercedes whereas the total value of the car without 'interest' at interestfree4cars is almost the same price...unjustified

My experience at Interest Free 4 Cars was a memorable experience. Having only ever bought cars local it was a little different doing things over the phone. However once the purchase and collection was complete I couldn’t have asked for an easier vehicle purchase.

The staff were brilliant and what I was told was exactly how how things happened. There is no messing about and they are very fair, honest and easy to deal with. Delivery could have been a little cheaper but I had a nice day out picking my new car up!

Their prices are highly inflated. The cars that I can get for £6k to £7k from other websites like car giants are £3k to £4k higher on Interestfree4cars.com. It is a bloody rip off.

I ordered my Chevrolet Spark online, the salesman Pete was very helpful when he called me. Told me my car would be delivered within 10 days, seemed a bit long at first but he told me he had to order the car into stock and then service it. It was delivered and is as described, will definitely come back to them. Very happy and better than visiting dozens of car showrooms getting pestered!

Three reasons you need to consider before you even think about buying from Interesrfree4cars:
1) They will ask for a deposit of £250 to reserve the car and once you pay it you will realise that this is not a deposit, this is an extra cost on the top of the car price. They claim this is for service the car and get it MOTed although lots of cars are recently MOTed and serviced. The other thing here is, I discovered that a friend of mine when he negotiated with them and said I do not need this service, he did not pay this extra £250.
2) Once you like a certain car and you travel to Hull or ask for delivery which will cost hundreds of pounds, most probably you will find different millage. The car I bought from them has 22,000 in the advert and when I went to collect it I found it nearly 24,000 which is ~10% extra for 3-year old car. They have not mentioned this different at any stage of the purchase until I physically went from the North East to Hull to collect the car. When I asked why is that, they said: that’s an acceptable rise as the car came from somewhere else and no compensation can be given.
3) The major issue which you will need to be extremely careful if you decide to get a car from them is: test the car, check all and every little things and do not rely/trust what you keep telling you “do not worry the car is absolutely fine, if you have problem with the car just let us know,……” forget all of that because this is just to push you getting the car as soon as possible. When I went to see the car I booked, it was raining and I had a quick look around the car, found few scratches which they have tried to fix in their workshop. Then, I was asked just to complete the paperwork until the car is ready to check again from the workshop. When I checked it I found two big dents when the doors were open and when I told the salesman, he changed 180 degree and said sorry I can’t help in this, it could be due to the seat belt get trapped. I said, I want them to be fixed not to explain the reasons. The only thing he offered is to “paint” one of the big dents which of course did not help. When I complained about this, he called the manager who very arrogantly said, you had the time to check the car, it’s your car, no exchange, no return, sell it and sort it out with the bank and finally said, I do not have time to waste it, what an awful customer service. Some other sellers (which I knew later) they offer 30 days exchange which does not exist with Interestfree4cars.
I was so frustrated and clearly mentioned that I will write this review to warn other people before they fall in the same trap.

Once I completed writing this review and tried to find where to post it, I realise that one of the popular feedback engine (Feefo) is only by invitation. This may indicate why Interestfree4cars has relatively good feedback/reviews because it seems that they do not invite any unsatisfied customers, I have not received any invitation to give feedback or comments because they know I am not happy with the purchase (most probably I now understand why they ask the customers to complete a quick survey at the end of the visit).

To conclude, please be extra careful if you are going to buy from Interestfree4cars and always think about alternatives whenever possible.

I bought a Peugeot 3008 from interest free 4 cars and it was in excellent condition. Their service is quick and easy and what you see is what you get. There was a slight problem with the rubber door seals and I informed them about it and they quickly resolved the matter by ordering new ones and sending them to a garage in Birmingham to be fitted. I can recommend anyone to buy from this garage, they are awesome.

When I reached Hull by train coming form LONDON, Rob (the commercial) was outside the train station waiting for me with my car (very nice detail for picking me up from the train station).
The car was clean and looking very nice. Once in the showroom we formalised the rest of the documents. I must say that Rob has an outstanding customer service, very helpful and friendly he answered all my question nicely and dealt with me very efficiently and in less then half an hour I was out driving my new car to London.
I would recommend the company to everyone.
