What a sham of a business,please don’t waste your time and money here, ordered 4 times from here and wrong every time, when I went to return the wrong parts they gave me I was told it’s not irishautoparts fault it’s their suppliers , I didn’t buy from their suppliers, I threw the parts in the bin and 100% never use them ever again

Poor customer service, talk extremely rudely on the phone. Dont have part in stock. Once you order a day before on Friday they say you missed cut off time while on Website it says 10.am for Sat cut off time to get delivery same day. I was going to collect but part not there. After looking at reviews looks like it wont be there on Monday either. No bye no thankyou just cut off phone on your face which makes the experience worst!

2-day delivery, ordered an item from them on the 11th of January today 17th still has not arrived. Ordering items from the UK or Europe I receive within 3 to 5 days.. Diabolical service ... will not order from here again. Pure scam... calling them is a total waste of time.

Great lads to deal with all so helpful go the extra mile for there customers would advise everyone to get onto them

Use the shop almost every day. Great bunch of lads, parts spot on and great attitude

I ordered a set of brake discs and pads which were wrong. (My error). Irish Auto Parts took them back with no quibbling and paid the return postage. The correct parts arrived before I'd shipped the returns.
They couldn't have been more helpful on the phone and every order I've made so far has arrived within a day.

Irish Auto parts , based in Clonee... After my car failed an NCT , I needed support from IAP to replace parts on my car. I went to IAP in Clonee, and did they make sure I had the correct and accurate parts for my make of car. They went out of there way , and I knew that as soon as I approached the counter. I visited 3 times over October , and each visit , 'what can I do for you'...Fair to be fair , the guys behind the counter made sure I got everything... I passed my NCT yesterday evening, so thanks to the guys at IAP in Clonee.... I gave them 5 stars because they went the extra mile. (this is a true story of my experience) , thank you so much , Greg

Absolutely desperate to deal with ordered parts for a car I was repairing as it says 1-2 days from dispatch I expected if ordered at beginning of wk they would dispatch next day or 2 days tops I'm only 1 hours drive from wer ther based. End of wk I rang they didn't have parts in stock but took payment was told they would ship Friday with a cheaper aftermarket alternative not blue print which I ordered , I agreed was told Monday rang Monday after not receiving again and now Wednesday I rang back and no one knows anything and still not shipped won't deal with them again I order a lot of parts and it would have been quicker and chepaer ordering from Germany or France than 1 county away from me in ireland

Quick delivery, correct parts no issues at all. Fair play

Order was incomplete. After contacting customer support I was offered a redelivery of missing parts which I accepted but never got. All other attempts to contact the seller failed as there was no response. Ghosting a customer doesn't fix anything!

Absolute gents to deal with with great prices. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.highly recommend.

They call me yesterday about the review... after i finish the conversation straight away an email from them you order was shipped...they said on phone to me the order was delivered ...they lied me .. the tracking number was not on my name ... didn't recive anything ...avoid them on any circumstances!!!!
Made the order Monday today is Friday and no sign of my order
My worst experience ever!!!!

I bought an item for my car and waited about 6 weeks to install it. Turns out it didn't fit. I sent an email moaning about the product but accepting that a refund would not be possible after so long.
They immediately replied and offered me a free postage return label and a refund, along with an apology.
I will certainly be returning as a customer.
Maybe sometimes they receive misinformation about products and inadvertantly pass this to their customers, it's a common thing in the auto parts industry. But they are willing to rectify the mistake. Their customer service is responsive, polite, diligent, empathetic, apologetic. They are concise and polite.
I highly recommend this business.

Wouldn’t trust buying from them ever again, my order was delivered within 24 hours which is great but this order was incomplete and now they are just ignoring every way I try to contact them… no goods and no money… proper bunch of scammers…

Returned the item as they advised in an email, sent it by post as it was online order from another county, but never got a refund, and couldn't reach anyone by phone or email again, they stopped responding. The item was not broken or anything like that, just wrong size. I only took it out of the box and put it back in.

Before our purchase we didn't know we follow their bunch of lies website which says delivery will take 1-2 working days (we are the same area Dublin) We purchased one their items on monday and now we have thrusday and still have nothing from them. They say they will send it up with courier company (which might be way faster) now we are find out they send it with standard postage!!! AVOID TO BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM unless you LIKE WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY !!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!! WHAT MAKES THEM TO MAKE SO SLOW DELIVERY EVEN WE ARE THE SAME AREA FEW KILOMETERS AWAY FROM EACH OTHER!!!! TIMEWASTERS !!!!!

I received the week a go. The goods I ordered do not match what I received. instead of an oil filter, I got a fuel filter for VW crafter. in the package there was a part with the number UFI - 24.144.00 instead of UFI - 25.144.00

Ordered a lambda sensor from their website that didn't fit, even though I had entered the car registration on the site. I have emailed them twice now to exchange or return and they won't reply. 100 euro down so one star. Good luck lads.
