I recently renewed my annual…
I recently renewed my annual subscription via isubscribe to a weekly magazine, ticking the box to say it was a renewal. Email confirmation received from isubscribe. The new subscription should therefore have been consecutive with the end of the old one in late December. All easy and good...
A few days later the magazine itself acknowledged the renewal, but said the first issue would arrive the next week. On the phone and then by email the magazine said they had sorted it out. Of course they hadn't understood let alone fixed it.
Enter isubscribe. Raphael immediately understood what the magazine had done, proved my subscription end dates, and said she would sort it out with the magazine -and let me know within a few days.

If your looking for a magazine look no further
The reason that I use I subscribe is because it’s easy to use the web site and have offers that make you re order the magazine agin and customer service help line are extremely helpful, would highly recommend I subscribe

Difficult to contact...
Order Reference: 1743818, ordered on 30/01/2022 - Two-year subscription to Amateur Gardening Magazine. Advised by distributor (magazinesdirect) with short notice that this will no longer be published. Told to contact iSubscribe to arrange a partial refund. Impossible to get through to them on the phone.... :(

Overall the experience to renew a subscription is great. However trying to use 2 different credit cards for an international purchase failed unexpectedly. I realized after I could try PayPal and successfully use one of the cards that failed directly.
