DON’T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I received two bathing suits that I would like to return as the sizing is not as advertised.
Their website claims that I would get a reply in 2 days. It’s been 7 days and I’ve heard nothing so far. Emailed three different emails with my request. Website also states returns should be made in 30 days.
Very frustrating. The customer service is terrible!! DO NOT BUY!! Order #1102543

***Update*** They are attempting to hide all their bad reviews. Further proof of their commitment to unethical business practices.

At the time I left this review there were not others. Now its crystal clear their sizing was completely inaccurate and their policies are inconsistent with normal online shops.

They hide the reviews by posting only 5 star reviews they are aggregating themselves and hiding third party true source reviews.

I’ve ordered 3 suits at this point, and their customer service is great! Very quick & helpful, and the products do come as advertised. I got the first suit about 6 months ago, and it’s held up very well.

I received two Ivy suits as a gift and I absolutely love them! They are my go to suits and I always get complimented on them. Not to mention the quality of them is way better than all of my other bathing suits. They are definitely worth the purchase and I will be buying from them in the future.

I ordered a swim suit through ivy and the quality of the suit was better than any company I have purchased from before! It fit perfectly and felt like it was meant for me! Would recommend ivy any day!

Ivy delivered in amazing time for my vacation! All my girlfriends were commenting on the two suits I wore. Highly recommend. They are unique and super cute.

I found this brand on instagram and fell in love! They have unique styles that always get compliments whenever I wear them. I definitely recommend if you want to turn heads!

the size chart is terrible. I'm always SMALL but none of their products fit me. no free return only store credit to come back and buy their garbage with more money now you have tp pay for shipping fee and there is discount for you.

Ordered a bikini from their website, it was shipped beginning of April and I have been contacting Ivy Swimwear through all the communication platforms, including social media, without getting any answer. The order was placed and shipped and i have received no more alerts on this. When i try to open an enquiry on USPS it says "inquiries are not accepted for the service purchased to mail this item". Becareful girls. So dissapointed with this service

I wish they would let us know what size their model is wearing on the website. It makes it so difficult to gage what size is best to order. I emailed them a question in regards to a giftcard I have and they never responded. I have the same issue as the other girls below me wrote about and I really expected more from this brand.

Okay so I’m a model and I model for bikini brands for years and I have always been a small im a tiny girl. I fell in love with one of their pieces and decided to try it out very excited! I paid 19.99 by the way for three days shipping (ridiculous) + it came in 5 days and they didn’t return me not even half the shipping haha. Great customer service... anyways

I tried on the top and my boob didn’t even fit!! Way too small the bottoms came with the strings completely going the wrong way and I couldn’t fix it. It looks so weird! For a bathing suit that expensive you’d think they would make sure the strings are all going the correct way.. and that their sizing is correct ! Oh also!! Lol forgot to add the top came messed up. Like it was try on top or something.

So I’ve emailed them and message them on Instagram so we will see how this goes. I’ve still heard nothing back. They don’t even have a phone number to call....

Being a model for so many years I’ve never seen a website not tell you what size their model is wearing... or show the back of the bikinis. Extremely weird. DISAPPOINTED.

Since lockdown happened, I’ve had plenty of time to write reviews. This brand is one where I previously had a great experience with. I like to support small businesses. I bought a few bikinis from them after coming across them on IG, I’ve also had some friends that rave about their bikinis but I am usually pretty skeptical about trying new brands of swimwear since I’m more on the curvy side and i find it a bit difficult to find the perfect coverage yet still comfortable and trendy. Their quality is amazing for their price point! Super chic and excellent coverage and support. One of my fave was their rosella in nude and black mesh. I got so many compliments on my vacation. Definitely recommend! Their shipping was really fast on top of everything.

Their bikinis are cute, stylish but everything else about this company is pretty unprofessional and disappointing. The sizes they offer are extremely smaller than normal.. I am a size S in all clothing, I ordered a small on their site based off of their size guide and it was like a double 00 when I put it on. As a result, I returned it and asked for a bigger size. Instead, they gave me an email with a discount code. This is where it got frustrating. Not only did I have to continuously reach out to them to remind them of my order (my order refund went on for one month..), but the discount code they gave me wasn't even the same amount as how much I paid the bikini for. It was less, and it did not cover shipping. You would think it would just take off the total of the whole bill considering my 2nd purchase was cheaper than the first. Much like the experience of the reviewer before me.. I went through the same exact thing as her. As I sent a complaint regarding this, instead of communicating with me on a personal level, they sent back the bikini that I returned IN WHICH WAS TOO SMALL FOR ME IN THE BEGINNING. This was their "apology" to me. What am I suppose to do with a bikini that I purposely returned because I couldn't fit it???? Makes no sense...

Lastly, I dislike how they never show how the back of the bikinis look like for both top and bottom on their sites. I bought their Amber set in white and it was so disappointing. The style itself is great, but the top barely covered my breasts and the back of the bottom awkwardly looked like a thin diaper piece.

Buy at your own risk.

This shop has potential to be great! I found them through Instagram and thought the bikinis were stunning. However, it's really targeted towards a specific group. They definitely need to be more inclusive though. I've gotten a couple of their bikinis and I found them to be of great quality.

The only problem is that... their service is lacking. They're always out of bikinis in multiple sizes, hardly updates their page, does not restock. I returned an item but never received follow-up in regards to it, and I had to reach out to them to get a refund. Their refund policy is store credit only, excluding taxes. Ok... but what does your company do with the taxes that I paid money for? Is it a restocking fee? I paid for my return shipping! They do respond quickly though... after you e-mail them.

They typically offer discounts, but it is really annoying that I cannot combine a discount code and a store credit code. I'm getting refunded xx amount, but I can't use a discount code on it to get savings? For example: I found coupon for a bikini, but I have a $78.99 store credit. However, I can only use one or the other and not both.

Also, you cannot use store credit on shipping. I think that's a bit absurd. I have a bikini that was $69.99 + taxes amounted it to be $75.00. Free shipping is over $75.00. Taxes were not applied to the product after using store credit, which makes sense... but I could not use my store credit to be applied to shipping, and I would have to pay for it.

So I would end up with $9.00... that I could use towards shipping, but I can't. I would have to use it on another bikini, but I can't use it in conjunction with a discount code. This made me not want to buy a swimsuit from them at all, but I have to because I have store credit.

I know that they're new to the bikini game, but as a strictly online shop, they need to do better as a company.
