I should have sent the first x 3 jumpers back but missed the return date! Re ordered size lower x 3 and still far too big. Did return and refund was quick !

Good, affordable and stylish British clothing with good customer service.
I have always liked the clothing Izabel has on offer but recently when I ordered a couple of items, unfortunately, one was wrongly sized so I had to ask for a replacement. My request was very quickly and efficiently dealt with and I was soon in receipt of the right one. Happy customer!

I bought one of Izabel London tunic…
I bought one of Izabel London tunic dresses in Mablethorpe last year. I loved the loose fit and that it didn't really need ironing! Material was perfect for hot flashes (it didn't cling to the body), cramps (it didn't restrict movements to relieve it) etc., it dried quickly and pattern masked my uneven and uncomfortable (post surgery) body. I was very happy when I found Izabel shop online. I bought more tunic dresses!, for my mum and my sister (as they loved my tunic dress), and a few new ones for myself. There was lots of choices ( of dresses and fabric patterns), having a closer look, shopping, ordering and paying (I used paypal checkout) was very easy. My order came promptly, well packaged in a lovely bag. Thank you very much Izabel London!

Izabel Of London Fantastic quality of all their clothes. I particularly like their dresses so feminine , midi maxi, and the colours I love colour, for hot weather they flow elegantly. Not good experience at all as experience
Not good experience at all. I ordered via Matalan, the quality very bad and over priced, I requested refund, however they sent me QR code of delivery and did sent it back, but it is not showing it is received and lost my money all together. I tried to contact them via Facebook, but nobody replied me. Bad costumer service.
I don’t recommend any one to buy from this company

For someone who very rarely orders anything online, I found the website and placing an order really easy to do. My order arrived quickly and in a beautiful bag, and the return instructions were very straightforward.

As other reviews have said, difficulty with refund
Order not received and they are delaying the refund with repetitive email responses, making me wait for a Royal Mail investigation, etc. i had to open a PayPal refund claim as another reviewer said. If you didn’t pay with PayPal you can do a chargeback via your bank.
Edit: they now refused the refund and the reason they provided is that they cannot claim the balance back from RM! Absolutely unlawful. I’m in the process of a PayPal claim but if that fails I will claim a chargeback via my bank.
