brilliant site with wide variety of games. managed to build up yesterday but today its taken it all back. low wins and lost count how many 2 bonus symbols ive had. jackpots drop in but very rarely do you get the lightning to collect them. overall a good site and good game graphics. have recommended this site. maybe dont play until the evening as wins and bonuses dont seem to be in the game in the morning they must sleep in lol. given 5 stars although it took my money back it is a brilliant site.

Closed my account down. Since its been taken over its become terrible, all day every day the same people win every single game, it gives nothing but nect doors till the same names win. They not fit for purpose, they could care less about their customers who spend their money on their games, l have been with jpj for over 15 years l played on because l enjoyed. Not anymore they used to be the best site now they are the worst site. They altering the algorithms so that is not worth playing anymore. They are not interested if their is a problem - it is always on their side. If you want terrible service and the odds of winning are really low play jpj - l will not play again

I have played on this site for 24 years. It’s has gone completely downhill. No rewards for loyal customers. Pitiful bonus’s. Nothing to keep me playing for. You can hardly get a reward on a bonus these days on a game that I have been playing 15 years. I appreciate you don’t always win but you never win anything now on this site. Disappointing.

I play every day so I know almost all of the players. They stopped the chat rooms on Friday and since then I don’t recognise any of the winning players names. There is something going on. Also, the box bonanza games paying out for pennies. I’m spending money daily and win £1.80 on a box bonanza. Absolute joke

Joined using the welcome offer to deposit £10 and get £30 of bingo tickets. Spent the £10 and only received £3 in tickets - when asking customer service they advised that in the t and c’s it states ‘up to £30’ bloody shocking and a waste lf time

Again back with a disappointing review of Jackpotjoy. I have been a loyal member for many years. Loyalty is hardly rewarded.
Then on the monthly picks game managed to only get £2.10 after playing everyday on the site. That is the thanks / reward you get? Just terrible!!!

Really awful site dont waste your money

Jackpotjoy are a joke. The daily ball game has changed overnight .. the payouts are virtually gone and at the end of this month when you have collected 4 weeks of balls instead of paying out between £1 & £10 on selecting lucky balls payout was just over a £1 paying out 10p or 20p a ball instead!!! What a waste of time. I've noticed this month too that you cannot enjoy the slots .. the bonus games hardly activate and when they do the payouts are pretty bad

Is it me or are these Daily/Monthly games a complete waste of time? No win in 6 week, usually you’re guaranteed atleast 1 win a week. The monthly game is even worse. You pick quite a lot of balls out and all you get it pennys.

I've never had any problems with this site .I think you all not happy as you are all bad losers ..I enjoy playing I have for years .I do win and it always gets to my bank in 1hour or straight away
