After I made a slight error on my order they were brilliant in getting replacements goods out in double quick time. The fault was all mine but they really got me out of jail. Great service

Staff Awards from Jaycee Trophies
We have ordered our Staff Awards from Jaycee Trophies for the second year, and once again the service has been exceptional. The whole process was very smooth and quick, and Matt was extremely helpful throughout.
The awards were delivered very quickly, looked beautiful, and were of excellent quality. The packaging was also very secure and professional.
We are very happy with both the products and the service and would highly recommend Jaycee Trophies. We will definitely be using them again!

Top Class Customer Service / Quality
Can't thank the guys enough. The service from start to finish was top class. We had a very tough and last minute ask that the team were able to accommodate for us on such short notice - without any issues whatsoever. 10/10 service! Would recommend to anyone!

Hi Lesley. Thank you for your feedback. We always strive to be a 5-star company, so it’s disappointing to see a 4-star rating.
We know this order took a little work from both sides as you wanted a replica and we needed a bit more info as to the layout from you, so we hope you were pleased with the final result.
We’re glad to hear you were happy with the communication and that the delivery was quick! We'd love to know why we didn't quite meet that 5 star rating for you.
Please let us know via email : info@jayceetrophies.co.uk
Hopefully next order we can meet the 5 stars we always aim for!
