After I made a slight error on my order they were brilliant in getting replacements goods out in double quick time. The fault was all mine but they really got me out of jail. Great service

The service was good, the product was good and the delivery time was excellent.
The one slight issue was the packaging, could have been stronger.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the product, service and delivery time.
We were, however, a little disappointed to see the 4-star rating, particularly as your order arrived on time, exactly as ordered and in perfect condition. We always strive to provide a 5-star experience from start to finish, so it’s disappointing when we feel we have met all of the key expectations of the order.
We’re pleased that the product itself arrived safely and that you were happy with it.
Thank you again for your custom and for taking the time to share your feedback. We really appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a 5-star experience in the future.
Fast and Exact
So pleased with our commemorative cup. We were sent a proof copy of the wording for approval (very sensible) and then the actual item arrived, beautifully packaged. The old girls and old boys will see the actual cup at the reunion on 8th September. I'm sure they won't be disappointed.

First time ordering so didn't know how the engraving will look like. A quick email to Jaycee's to confirm, had a response back within an hour. Ordered and the trophies arrived within 2 weeks. Had a slight issue with 2 of the trophies being slightly different and lighter. Emailed Jaycee's to advise. Received replacements in less than a week! Overall it was such a pleasant experience and I definitely will be back for any trophy requirements without a doubt. Thank you!

Great service
Great service - asked for two trophies to be engraved for my golf partner and myself. They went the extra mile by putting his name first on one trophy and mine first on the other. Done without asking!
