I had been trying to purchase "MRS" brackets from a number of sources and finaly J E James came up trumps, delivery was quick and finally I was able to attach my water bottle to my new bike.

We just bought a lovely bike off the new Barnsley shop. Really great service and knowledgeable staff. Adam sold us the bike and the renowned Freddie did the Guru bike fit with my partner.

Rode the bike for a quick blast today and she loves it.

Ordered a new bike from them and it was my go to place given the service I received when I purchased my last one. I visited the shop in Sheffield and the staff were very helpful and informative. They allowed me to reserve it for one night so I could think about it and rang the following morning to confirm. To this point was a 5star service. Unfortunately arranging collection was not great this time and mainly down to one member of staff. How ever the manager at sheffield took control and offered some solutions and helped resolve the situation to a good standard. In summary a lot of good staff and a great experienced store manager and hope it was just one person having an off day.

Had a problem with item ordered which could have been avoided but happy with outcome as they were very very helpful.

Easily found what I was looking for on website. Good value for money and parts arrived on time and well packaged.

Fair price - but always excellent customer service and prompt delivery

Ordered a bike on Saturday, arrived Thursday. Super quick delivery time.
Got a great deal on the bike too. Great communication throughout the process

Superb service and advice from the Sheffield team following an unfortunate incident with an e-bike. Thorough crash assesment and minor repairs undertaken for a modest amount for labour and parts. Worth the 80mile return trip to deal with decent honest folk (and their dog!)

bought my son and daughter two new helmets from the rotherham store and the staff were warm and friendly and made both of my children feel very at ease as they were nervous! Great work guys.

J E James at Rotherham have been amazing on all occasions I have gone there. Elise and Mick (hope I have your names correct) were especially helpful and go above and beyond to help you out. I have probably not been the easiest customer to deal with when I have bought my 2 bikes from there yet they are still amazing to work with and so helpful. I will definitely be going here again.

I dont write reviews often but I want to write a review regarding on my recently purchased experience on J E JAMES.The staffs, specially the warehouse staffs was very honest.They saw a very small cosmetic scratched from my bike order which is not very visible and yet still they informed me and given a discount options.

Orderd a Orbea wild it’s come. Without pedals….£4k bike without pedals of ant description
No prompt on website to say you need to buy pedals…apparently this is the norm…it might be to a enthusiast but not to me he James has advised if I return it I have to pay costs!!!!

Great supply of less common bit and pieces.

Everything went great from start to finish. I did contact the store in Rotherham with an issue of my own doing guy I spoke to was very good and professional. Definitely buy from my store again.

Bought a bike from J E James in February and been so busy enjoying it I have just realised I didn’t write a review.
I have been having issues with arthritis in knees and had to take a look electric MTB which has always been a never have for me. I saw a bike that looked good and phoned the shop and spoke to Adam who was very professional and knowledgeable and is obviously a keen bike rider, he gave me some great advice and didn’t push for me to buy and said he could give me time to think about the bike we discussed.
He took the time to explain pros and cons of the lightweight bike not full power electric that I enquired about and the discussion ended with, get back to me if you need any further info.
I read reviews of bike and called back an hour later and he answered my queries which helped me decide this was the right bike for me.
I purchased the bike and had it delivered due to travel distance, excellent service from order to delivery and a couple of minor issues which Adam and his team resolved straight away.
Very impressive service from Adam and team so a big thank you from me for the 5 star service and apologies it is a bit late but the bike is awesome as stated.
Definitely recommend JEJames and order bits and pieces as and when required.

I had a broken bearing in a suspension arm from essentially from a unknown brand bike
Which makes the repair more challenging, but Steve matched the bearing and swiftly saved the day with a high quality replacement bearing' he removed the old bearings and pressed the new ones in and did all this for a very reasonable cost much better then you would expect.
