Have contacted customer service since my dining table set was delivered 5 months ago. One chair was faulty, and they refuse to replace it or offer a refund. I asked for the OWNER TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY, but they are also ignoring my request.
I now have the added stress of seeking LEGAL ADVICE AGAINST THEM. I certainly would NOT recommend any purchases from this company.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND PAY BY KLARNA IF YOU USE THIS COMPANY. IF YOU PAY CASH ON DELIVERY AND HAVE AN ISSUE, IT WILL NOT GET RESOLVED WITHOUT A VERY STRESSFUL TIME!!!!!!

Furniture is good quality for what it costs. The customer service is shocking. We ordered a seat colour and table top we thought was what we wanted. Table top was spot on but the seats were not the colour we thought. I reached out via messenger ( one of the only ways to communicate with this bunch of cowboys) to see if they could be changed for a different colour but didn’t expect them to be changed as the mistake was our fault. The agent said it would be no problem and the replacement chairs would be delivered the same week. The chairs never arrived. I tried messaging again and was ghosted by customer service. I didn’t unbox my chairs as I was expecting a replacement, I tried several messages to customer service but had no response. I then opened a dispute with Klarna as I couldn’t get a response from costumer services. I then received message after message saying I opened a fraudulent claim and I must release it or they would handle it internally. I found this threatening and abusive. I released the dispute after a huge amount of threatening messages, I even said in the message exchange if they made good on their promise I would remove the dispute with Klarna. I was told that they wouldn’t be blackmailed into sending different chairs!!!! I was eventually told the replacements would come that week. Again, no replacements arrived and again I was ghosted by customer service. We then decided so we could use our new dining set that we wood keep the original chairs and put up with the colour of the fabric, On assembly I found that two chairs had no fixings. I again messaged customer services several times to advise, and again had no response. I opened another dispute with Klarna and customer service contacted me over a week later to advise they would send out the fixings. The fixings arrived but I was away with work for the week. The day the fixings arrived I had a message to remove the dispute. I advised I was away with work and once I was happy the dispute would be lifted.
I managed to finalise the assembly yesterday, yes the quality is OK, not first class but just OK for £800.
The customer service is the worst I have ever come across. If you are happy to be messed around and have loads of stress if there is an issue then use this company, if you do use them, make sure you pay by Klarna. If I had paid cash I’m sure my issues would still be going on. At least with Klarna you have leverage on a company that’s clearly only interested in obtaining your money than customer satisfaction.
Now I’m sure JMD will read this and say there was no issue it was all my fault. To a certain extent I agree, but if they agree to something STICK to it and deliver on your promise. The is a saying the customer is always right for a reason. I would not recommend this appalling company to anyone due to my customer service experience.

Absolutely amazing from start to finish.Quick delivery communication was fantastic and the guys who delivered my table and chairs had it assembled within 20 mins . I would highly recommend and will definitely be ordering from these guys in the future

We ordered four pieces of furniture from JMD Furniture. However, one of the chairs was delivered with a broken leg. Surprisingly, to hide the damage, they had attached the broken wooden leg with large staples instead of replacing or repairing it properly.

The four chairs were packed in two sealed boxes. When we opened the boxes after delivery, we discovered that one of the chair legs was broken and had been stapled together to conceal the damage.

We contacted the company and requested either a replacement chair or a refund, as each chair cost us £89. Despite contacting them repeatedly for more than a month, we have not received any response or solution.

Their customer service is extremely poor, and they clearly do not value their customers. We regret buying from JMD Furniture because the chairs are of poor quality. I would not recommend that anyone purchase these chairs from this company, as we do not want others to have the same disappointing experience we had.

I wanted a table same day , as I have just moved into a new property
JMD , came same day and fixed the table and chairs for me , all came in boxes and chairs have neat covers , so porche I say
Price was sooooooo goood , better than all I had tried

I don’t know where to start, first of all the two lads who delivered my dining table ans chairs very helpful and kind, I was home alone ans I asked them if they could both carry the marble dining table straight to my dining room and they both said yes with a smile which was very kind of them although it was super heavy, I’d recommend a couple or two small person try to lift it lol
Secondly I don’t know who the seller was who i spoke via what’s up. He was help and replied with patience to my queries. I’d recommend JMD furnishing all day long. The dining and chairs looks stunning.

I have just been delivered of my table and chairs from this company and I must say that I’m really really pleased with them the two gentlemen that assembled them were very friendly I would without a doubt recommend them thank you

Extremely disappointing experience. I was sent the wrong item and had to repeatedly chase for a resolution.

After multiple attempts to resolve this directly, I’ve now had to involve my bank and request collection of the incorrect items, with a chargeback likely if this is not resolved promptly. NEVER EVER PAY IN CASH

Do not use, all their tables come cracked and they will not replaced it, they will block you instead

Do not use this cowboys, the tables have a crack in them min you pick it up it brakes U WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY
