Reno comes home
Purchase of a new R5 went very smoothly. Sales staff easy to deal with. Happy to explain the process as well as offer no pressure additional services. Vehicle collection equally smooth. Explanation of the cars fundamentals without dwelling too much on all the tech. Offered to take me to & demo how to use public chargers.
Not much fanfare for the handover. Garage really should better with this element of customer experience. Also multiple online only documents to access & review & sign.

Welcome and friendly dealership
We made an appointment to test drive a new Renault Scenic E.V car. When we went past we were met by a very welcome atmosphere in the showroom by all the staff. The sales executive who dealt with us was very well informed on the features of the car we wished to test drive, he was keen to provide a good deal to match any other price we had seen advertised and worked hard to ensure we were fully satisfied with their offer. The process of purchasing the car was made very straightforward with all details of the deal explained in simple and helpful terms. We left with a brand new car which we could not be happier with, well done all!

Good attentive staff and good car
I came into dealership to get idea how much my Renault Clio is worth. Dealership offered a good price for it and presented with purchase options that suits my needs. Sales representative was attentive and not pushy, he did entertain my asks with different options for financing allowing me to make informed choice. Thank you Scott.
In regards to the car, it had a light marks of being used and one loose panel. Might have been on display. As fine as Renault Megan E-Tech is it is over engineered in some aspects (for example passenger detection for airbags).
I definitely had better experience with John Clark Aberdeen this time around. Sales representative Scott did excellent job and was always quick to reply and follow up with promises.

I am very happy with my car
I am very happy with my car. However, I would have given 5 stars but for a problem finding out what my final payment was to be until the last minute. This was eventually sorted to my satisfaction. Secondly, it's just as well that everything is dealt with digitally otherwise I would have been drowning in a sea of paper. Surely you can find a way to simplify and reduce the amount of 'paperwork'. Otherwise 'good job'.

Exceptional Customer Care from Scott Arthur
We purchased a Renault Captur last year from Specialist Cars Aberdeen despite us living just outside Dundee, as the particular model, price and colour was exactly what we were looking for. Scott Arthur was our salesman on that occasion and the process was made so easy and pleasurable that we didn't think twice as to who we would call when we needed a 2nd car.
Scott again picked out exactly what we were after and within a week we were back to collect our Arkana.
Exceptional customer care and made to feel really appreciated.
Highly recommended.

I bought a car on the 28th of April…
I bought a car on the 28th of April paid 10.5k cash which was paid the day after in full. I received the car on Saturday the 3rd of May which I was disgusted by the car inside and out the car was stinking inside. I was told to contact them on Monday as they were short staffed. I went down on the Monday and the sales man agreed that the car had not been cleaned. I paid for the autogleam which cost me £399.00 which most definitely had not been done. I felt that you had received my money and the you couldn't be bothered with me anymore.

We sincerely apologize that the car's interior was unpleasant and that the Autogleam service was clearly not performed despite being paid for. We understand completely why you feel let down and that your business was no longer valued once payment was received. That is absolutely not the impression we ever want to give.
We deeply regret that our team was short-staffed and couldn't resolve this for you immediately when you first contacted us, and that you had to come down to the dealership to have your concerns acknowledged.
Please be assured we are taking your feedback very seriously. This falls far short of our standards, and we will be addressing this internally to ensure such an oversight in preparation and customer care never happens again.

Great experience
Great experience, easy to book in my car for its service, offered a sit and wait appointment so we walked around and then came back to sit in the snug area with seats and tea/coffee machine you can help yourself. Handover of car back to us was quick and very happy with our service

I want to thank Scott from Renault Garage at John Clark. I can honestly say that the experience couldn’t have been better. From the moment I arrived, Scott was incredibly helpful and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was easy to talk to, patient, and took the time to really understand what I was looking for without ever feeling pushy or trying to rush me into a sale for the purchase of my first car.
I’m absolutely in love with my new Renault Clio! It’s everything I hoped for and more. Scott made sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision, and I couldn’t be happier with the choice. Any issues with the car, I have been told to come in and get it looked at, or even if I ever have any questions - they would be happy to help! Excellent customer service from the team at John Clark Renault, and again amazing from Scott!
The whole experience was also very good, i had made the decision to buy the car on the Saturday and got to pick the car up the following Tuesday. The smoothest process you could get.
