Goods might be the worlds finest but customer service is appalling! Order returned because the courier you use is just as bad as your CS department, am told once returned will be sent back out, received a refund and told to place an order again. Website difficult to use as won't let you have a different delivery address to a billing address unless you create an account, had to call three times and still cant get my order, buy elsewhere if possible

The item I ordered was delivered the following day, as expected, although I didn't receive any tracking info. The packaging was secure, but not excessive. The item was as described, and I'm pleased with it (I'm always happy to buy good British products).
