Reliable fast service
Having recently moved into a new build property I needed some tiles that matched what we already had in the bathroom.
Johnson’s tiles were very quick to send me a sample so that I could be sure of the match and then when I ordered the tiles came the very next day which is incredible service
Super impressed with the quality of the product and the customer service provided
Would definitely recommend this company to anyone buying tiles

We are very sorry for the inconvenience, we use third party hauliers and as tiles are fragile items, they can occasionally get damaged in transit. I believe our customer service team have been in touch with you and arranged foc replacements.

On the plus side they had the size and…
On the plus side they had the size and colour of tile we wanted at a reasonable price. Sadly the four boxes of tiles arrived on a pallet with half the tiles in one box broken.
I can be creative in the way the tiles are laid to mitigate the damaged tiles but somewhere along the line the logistics of this organisation hasn’t worked.

Apologies for the confusion, unfortunately our last despatches before Christmas were on Friday 19th December, which we did state on our outlet site. Your order was placed on 20th December so missed the cut off unfortunately, our outlet has reopened today so this will be processed asap.

The driver was extremely unhelpful
The driver was extremely unhelpful. He dropped the tiles directly in front of the house, blocking the walkway, and then left. He could have easily placed them in the garden, which was only about three metres away. My wife was home alone with a toddler and couldn’t move them, so they were left blocking access all day. This was very unprofessional and unacceptable behaviour. I will not be using this service again.

Apologies for the inconvenience, we use third-party hauliers who provide kerb side delivery only, this means they will drive to the nearest access point possible to the intended address and you will be required to collect from there. We do state this on our website and our order emails. If your shipment contains a pallet then you will be required to take the individual packages from the pallet into your home. You will not receive any assistance from the driver. Some drivers are more helpful than others so we can only apologies for the inconvenience caused on this occasion.

Excellent service for samples
Excellent service for samples. I have always loved the simple purity of the prismatics range and the current colours are great fun.
I am currently planning a 1960's inspired modern kitchen with a total of 5 front colours and with classic prismatics splash backs in complementary colours.

After our discussion She said she would check the next day and send a range of tile shades. I received a box with 5 samples by courier the day after. Outstanding service!
