Amazing customer service from Alison.
She went to exceptional lengths to find an old batch of tiles that are a perfect match for ours. She has saved us needing a whole room re tiled as we can now patch in the tiles that need replaced.
Can’t thank Alison enough. Samples arrived really quickly as did our order. Very happy with everything.

Best customer service by far
First contacted Johnson Tiles to see if they had the tiles I needed as they were put up when the house was built. I started of emailing the company and got very quick responses from Alison & Kaitlyn who then put me onto Luke who has been absolutely brilliant helping me get the right tiles I need to replace some in my bathroom due to an accident, Luke has went above & beyond to help, sending me samples to get the closest shade possible as they have been up a few years, also following up to see how they were, to ordering them for me. Best customer service I have had by far they go above and beyond to help & are a credit to the company, wouldn't go anywhere else.

Excellent customer service
Both times we have renovated our bathroom, we have used Johnson Tiles. On the recent renovation, one box of tiles arrived broken. When I emailed Johnson, Kate Whitehurst replied immediately and overnighted two boxes of tiles just in case there was any more breakage. Thanks to Kate Whitehurst's forward planning and excellent customer service, our project did not get delayed. Excellent service as always! Thank you.

Beautiful tiles
I had 2 delivery's from johnson Tiles and i had to say first class from the delivery drivers they were helpful polite and friendly it a shame that I was meant to get one of my delivery on Thursday but unforgettable the wagon broke down not the drivers fault but I wasn't informed about this even i did write a email why didn't my delivery came on the day.. yes I did get my delivery next day but still no information about if my delivery was out the next day but am still happy with the quality and the look of my new porcelain tiles
