I recently purchased a compactor kitchen bin which had a dent in it when I took it out of the box.
I called the company and spoke to Cindy who I believe was from customer service.
Cindy was so helpful and apologetic for my experience and arranged for a new bin to be delivered with express delivery.
I must say the customer service was excellent and I think Cindy is an asset to her company.

george completely replaced my totem trash bin when it broke! I was worried I'd have to buy a new one (it was an investment already and a few years old), but they were great, no questions asked :) great customer service!

Beware about buying their products !

Bought a sprayer mop and within minutes of using it, the trigger stopped functioning. Emailed the JJ team and recieved a timely reply. Even though I didn't directly ask for it, the team arranged for a new mop to be sent straight away.

I found the customer service truly amazing. The carrier lost my parcel and Ruth promptly arranged a replacement sent via express delivery with a different carrier . It arrived the next day. Unfortunately, the replacement product was faulty. It is the first time I have received a faulty product from Joseph Joseph. Ruth immediately actioned a replacement that arrived the following day and the package arrived in good condition.

I ordered a Joseph Joseph airer , based on the reviews I’d read whilst researching this type of product . At £99.95 for the smaller one , it wasn’t cheap , but I was given a 10 % discount as I was a first time buyer from the company - and it also offered free postage . Initially I did have to pay £4.95 postage , as it was a heavier item , but I was slightly disappointed , as this wasn’t mentioned on the website . I decided to query the postage with customer service , and one of the team , George , was extremely helpful , and has now refunded the postage .
I really like the airer - compact and unlikely cheaper models , it folds down really easily and so far , I’m delighted ! Thank you , Joseph Joseph , and thank you George ! 🥳

The Tower Bin product is an outstanding design both in terms of aesthetics and function. Before buying it I thoroughly researched bins on the market with separate recycling compartments and there’s no doubt the Joseph Joseph tower is the best. it Looks good, is easy to keep clean and is the perfect size for my kitchen. So much thought & detail has gone into it such as odour filters in the lid.
The customer care service team have also been impressive in the prompt, friendly and helpful way they managed any of my queries about delivery etc. can’t fault this company.

I bought a product via Amazon and it arrived with missing parts. I worked with Mariela from Joseph Joseph and she was able to promptly address the issue. I appreciate the prompt response and the quality of the product itself.

I bought an item online but unfortunately it was not suitable. I returned it after discussing over email with a gentleman called George.

We have many Joseph Joseph products, always a good experience. We did have one issue with the potato ricer which broke.

We contacted the support team and they were brilliant in resolving the issue and sending us a replacement unit.

Very happy with the products and even more with the customer service ! We have a totem 40 L and the lid broke after a few years of use, we got send a new replacement lid in just a few days. Thank you Kokila for your professionalism!
