Bought easy-store corner shelves set, but they fell down 3 times within 6 months and broke. Contacted Joseph Joseph's customer service via online chat, Mariela was very helpful and sorted out the issues efficiently and professionally. Since the product has been discontinued, she issued a refund to me. No hassles. Would highly recommend given how good the after-sale customer service is.

Annalise was extremely kind and very prompt in her response. She immediately explained how to resolve the issue and directed me to the exact replacement part I needed. I’m really satisfied with the service I received.

Mariela asked specific questions to take pictures of the product and guided me to identify the product code and quickly resolved by sending me a replacement product which I hope will be ok. Thank you Mariela.

I want to say Shaq was incredibly prompt in assisting me and resolved my issue quickly and completely hassle-free. They were not only efficient but also genuinely empathetic, which made a big difference in my experience. Having someone like that in customer service truly means a lot.

I did had an issue with a laundry basket that arrived with stains, which was disappointing at first. But Annalise from customer service responded quickly, showed understanding, and arranged a replacement without any hassle!

Order the new Ultra Mop, has issues leaking down the sides and inside the mop spray area itself, CS just said they need product teams to review it, it's brand new! clearly there is an issue with the mops

I have a Joseph Joseph kitchen drainage rack, which is rusting away. I asked if I could buy a replacement rack.

Apparently I can't.

So I'm stuck with a rusting drainage rack on an £80 product.

Apparently the rust is wear and tear and according to a spokesperson, if I'd wanted to avoid it, I should have wiped it down with a dry cloth after use or hung it out to dry.

I love the look and the quality of the items I had a problem with an item I bought years ago and contacted them via them website, they got back to me really quick and resolved my issue even quicker than I could have hoped for.
I will continue to buy their products for my family and will continue to buy them as gifts for my friends and family as I absolutely love this brand x

We bought one of their premium bins two years ago — and it exceeded every expectation. The quality was even better in person than in the photos. We loved it and used it daily without a second thought.
Then disaster struck — the pedal mechanism broke. We were gutted. We started looking for alternatives but honestly couldn’t find anything that compared, and were almost ready to just buy a replacement at full price.
That’s when we spotted the 10-year guarantee on their website. We decided to reach out, even though we no longer had the receipt — just a bank transaction as proof. Honestly, we weren’t expecting much.
But Kokila from the support team was absolutely incredible. She handled everything efficiently, took our bank transaction as valid proof, and arranged a discount coupon so we could get a new bin. The whole thing was resolved in just a few days.
We have several Joseph Joseph products at home and we’re not switching to anything else. Kokila — you’re the best. Highly recommend this company to everyone.

After encountering an issue with the courier (DX) - the customer service provided to me by Annalise was absolutely outstanding. The customer service I received had the perfect balance of politeness, empathy, understanding, and efficiency.

Jospeh Joseph products are great quality and I have many of their items. Recently, I had a problems develop soon after purchase - the team were very supportive and issued a replacement soon after I reached out to customer service. (A big shout out to Ruth who was understanding, supportive, and a great communicator!)
