I recently contacted Joseph Joseph regarding concerns with the lid function on my Totem bin.
I received an email reply from the very helpful Mariela in the customer service department within 24hrs.
As my Totem bin was within the warranty period, a replacement bin was sent to me within just a few days.

I recently experienced a problem with a CleanTech Mop. I contacted the Joseph-Joseph Service Dept, and after a few back-and-forth emails, Ruth concluded that the only solution was to provide me a new one. She indicated it may take a few weeks, but after one month the replacement hadn’t arrived, and no tracking info had been provided. I contacted her again and she wrote back within 24 hours to apologise, having discovered that the replacement order hadn’t been processed. She has reordered it and it will be sent by express delivery. She also offered me a discount code to be used for my next purchase. Having read other reviews, it is clear that Joseph-Joseph is very concerned about custom satisfaction. Ruth’s friendly manner, actions and responses exemplified the best in customer service, which I very much appreciate.

Der neue Wäscheständer kam leider leicht verbogen an. Kundenservice (speziellen Dank an Kokila!) hat super reagiert - neues Exemplar geschickt und das defekte prompt abholen lassen.

Our bin was faulty and after a few emails a replacement has been sent out. We bought it in 2023, so the warranty is superb!

Joseph Joseph product caddy bin air vent went missing. I was disappointed as the bin was only a month old and was quite expensive. I contacted JJ and with me providing receipt of product I got a lovely email saying they had sent me a gift voucher for the price of a new one. Thank you Kokila for supporting me through this and resolving my queries with a happy ending! A brand new caddy.

Je suis très contente de mes achats: fonctionnels et qualitatifs. Un petit souci avec un pulvérisateur qu'Annalise du service après vente a étudié et rapidement traité. J'ai un balai qui fonctionne très bien maintenant. Je recommande et surtout cela me donne confiance pour d'autres emplettes

I recently ordered an item and once it was received it was assembled but unfortunately it collapsed and was unable to be fixed
I contacted the service team in JJ and the immediately requested information which was sent.
Upon receiving this information a replacement was sent and received within a few days.
The service team in Joseph-Joseph we excellent in dealing with the issue and resolving it so quickly

Mauvaise expérience de livraison et manque de sérieux du service client.

Tout commence par une première tentative de livraison de ma commande. Le colis erre pendant des jours, le suivi m'indiquant que j'allais être livré tel jour, puis le lendemain, puis le surlendemain ... mais aucun livreur n'est jamais venu. Et alors que j'avais pris toutes mes dispositions pour le réceptionner, j'apprends que le colis est renvoyé à l'expéditeur...

Mes mails resteront sans réponse pendant 3 jours. Tout comme mes messages sur instagram.

On m'informe que la commande m'est réexpédiée.
Pour éviter une nouvelle mauvaise surprise, je donne l'instruction d'une livraison dans un relai pickup.

Là encore, le colis erre. Et le suivi bloque pendant 4 jours.

Finalement, le colis me parvient sans que je ne m'y attende à mon domicile (et non pas au relai pickup comme demandé).

Je pensais en avoir enfin terminé de cette mauvaise expérience... mais c'était sans compter le fait que la commande était incomplète : l'article principal manque à l'appel !

Il s'agissait d'un set "égouttoir de vaisselle + distributeur de savoir".

J'avertis là encore le service client qui m'explique qu'ils ont commis une erreur (sans blague ! ... pourtant dans la somme qui m'a été prélevée, rien de partiel ...) mais que malheureusement, le set n'est plus en stock.

Je vérifie sur le site : oui, le set n'est plus en ligne. En revanche, chacun des deux produits est bien en stock et en vente. Au prix fort !

J'écris donc au service client pour leur dire qu'ils sont tenus de remplir leur engagement et de me livrer les articles commandés ... silence radio ....

Je trouve cette gestion parfaitement déplorable et peu honnête

Vraiment du très très bon matériel. Je ne suis pas souvent aux anges de mes commandes Internet, mais cette fois-ci, je suis plus que ravie. Livraison dans un temps record, matériel de grande qualité, prix très juste par rapport à l’excellence. Quand j’aurai besoin de quelque chose, je regarderai en premier sur ce site. Il n’y a pas photo. Service client très compétent, notamment Joy à qui j’ai eu à faire pour renseignements.

Bei der letzten Bestellung wurde die Lieferung laut Lieferant bei mir abgegeben, dem war aber nicht so! Deshalb ein großes Lob an den Customer Service, im speziellen an Ruth, die mir die ganze Zeit zur Seite geduldig zur Seite stand !! Die Bestellung ging erneut raus und kam an, für ein Produkt dass in der Zwischenzeit ausverkauft war, gab es einen Gutschein!

Resolved an issue in a timely and satisfactory way

My 5 year old kitchen waste bin with its 10 year guarantee,purchased through Amazon, broke at the lid. Amazon were absolutely useless, if not abrasive, denying the product had a 10 year guarantee, despite my sending them photos of the actual document. So, went to Joseph Joseph. They asked a few questions, accepted the product was under guarantee and replaced it without hesitation. First class - thank you Joseph Joseph. Would have been 5Stars but for your sending the replacement to my old address, without first confirming where I live now. Even so, still a very positive response. And thanks to your guy (gal?) George for sorting it all out. Brilliant.
