I used to work for this company and i would highly recommend not signing yourself up for working here, it has cause nothing but stress to myself also not to mention being under paid or not paid at all the communication within this company from managers to staff is appalling to say they are a communication company and for a manager to call you up when your on sick and speak to you like a child and act like a child on the phone because they are stressing due to incomplete job that we got given 1 week to complete 3 buildings and then finding put you getting another job and to threaten you on the phone call over there van being recovered is beyond disgusting but i did a good thing and returned it for them for them without any issues fully equipped aswell which i got told id get fuel money to be taken home which was lie although i have proof,
I would highly stay away unless you fancy underpayment, stress, and a workload that should take 3 weeks to be completed but want it done in 1 weeks time with limited stock as no ome seams to be able to put correct order in for important stock so that will also delay your work load by at least 2 days.

I hope to anyone reading this takes my advice and has a think about this before signing yourself up

Engineer Ian Gallagher was superb!! He went above and beyond to sort our fibre connection, was very knowledgeable and personable. He is a real asset to the Kelly Group. Thank you Ian!

Having been let down by BT Openreach many times over months to do a simple fibre connection they told me Kelly group would come out today between 1.00 - 6.00 pm . NO SHOW AGAIN . What a totally useless excuse of a so called service company . BT don’t try and send this shower again . They are too useless

The engineers were very quick in installing my fast fibre broadband. They were also very polite and helpful, I’d definitely recommend them for installing fast fibre broadband

Brandon Scott was very efficient, he finished the job promptly and he knew what he was doing.
His communication was good, although he was running late he called into say that. Very professional engineer.

They were supposed to come to my property 8-1, but did not come. THey also did not call to say they were delayed or notify me in any way.
I did not have a contact no for them. In the end I called their head office but nothing was done and I was told I need to rebook with openreach, who are the company that engaged them.

Excellent service, fixed a fault on our broadband, Andrew Tomlinson was knowledgeable courteous & professional throughout.

Mr Abdul Odushoga was punctual,polite and remedied the signal problem with minutes. Better still, he was able to contact BT for me and arranged for a new box and handset to be delivered in a few days. Something I'd not been able to reach them by phone for. So that frustration remedied too . So very much a 5 Star service from a real gentleman too. And all completed by 9.30 am. My Sincere thanks .

Andrew Tomlinson arrived at Mam's house and immediately put her at her ease. He was pleasant and efficient, checking to make sure the problem was repaired.

Hossain Was polite and friendly and fixed the issue quickly

Drivers need to be more courteous on the road. It would help that before pushing in front of everyone they perhaps pick the right lane to begin with. Maybe an acknowledgment or thanks after being pushed in front of would be nice. Rude! HJ71VAM

I had an excellent experience with the engineer Andrew Tomlinson who came to fix my crackling phone line. He quickly identified the problem and explained clearly what was causing the issue. The repair was carried out promptly and very professionally, and the line has been working perfectly since.

What really stood out was his friendly and approachable manner. He took the time to make sure everything was fully resolved and that I was satisfied before leaving. It’s rare to come across someone who combines technical expertise with such great customer service.
