I found Bigmoto advertising on Autotrader. The bike was based at their Great Yarmouth depot. Everything was done on the phone and email because I live in Yorkshire.
From purchase to delivery it was all done professionally and nothing was too much for them.
Got the bike with a full tank of fuel in spotless condition. All the paperwork and 2 keys which I love.
Can’t thank Bigmoto enough. A pleasure to do business with and I won’t hesitate to use them again.

I went to Dudley and met the assumed manager mark. He came across arrogant and made the shop atmosphere feel cold and unwelcoming. The rest of the staff was amazing and couldn’t fault at all.

While I was there I saw a staff meeting going on and the assumed manager clicking fingers at the employees!!!!

jake was extremely helpful, any questions i had he had no problem answering and helping me understand them helped sort everything out nice and quickly over all very good experience would recommend him to anyone

Jake Ward, made the purchase of my bike painless, he was helpful, supportive and very knowledable. Would have no hesitation in recommending Jake and BigMoto to my fellow bikers.

Good communications with the collection company and their assessor was very fair. Spoke with the bigmoto staff and the only small negative point would be that my tyres were close to 10 years old and thats an automatic change for bigmoto. There were no questions asked about manufacture date and since it had a fresh mot, I didn't think this would be an issue. The staff explained fresh tyres would be ~£200 but given the general very good condition of my bike they honoured the original valuation.
Funds arrived in my account around 15 minutes later.
Overall very happy, would have liked more for my bike (as everyone would) but they made the whole selling process very easy and stress free.

If you’ve got a bike to sell and it fits Big Moto buying criteria I can recommend them highly. No advertising, no time wasting punters. A few hoops to jump through re ownership and condition but all straightforward and done on line.Within 3 days my bike was collected and and what I thought a very fair price was paid by bank transfer on the spot.

Jake was very helpful and informative, he explained the process clearly and put me at ease with the important decision of buying a bike.

Firstly a big thank you to Richard who has spent a number of calls explaining my options which helped me make the best decision possible for myself.

Secondly Amy in sales was so informative and helpful with the motorcycle detailing pictures and even on days of help arrange a point of contact for me to insure all went smoothly

And lastly the motorcycles available in one place is unbelievable all. Sizes and make and models to suit all budgets and riding styles in my opinion the only place I will buy a motorbike from in the future

Put details in three times and nothing for days after each attempt, then used there bot chat on there website which after that I got a reply saying sorry your bike isn't for us by txt no email as I must of missed them from them! So in fact they dont Buy Any Bike at all. Now I wait for we have too much stock of that bike etc even though I wanted to partexchange for another bike, New Helmet l, Gloves, Jacket and Trouser as I am a first time biker... wont ever shop from them!

I had a caller called Richard, answered all my questions and spoke with manners and excitement. Explained everything to me as it was my first time financing and got the process through within the hour. Very good communication and seemed like a happy soul for a change.

Went into Great Yarmouth to look at a secondhand bike for our son, mainly dealt with Baz who was an absolutely fab salesperson but must also mention John, Amy and the other staff, all who make the place such a friendly atmosphere. Baz told us all the information we needed, including that a brand new bike was only a few hundred pounds more than the one we were looking at, there was no pressure selling and I’m sure if we’d have decided on the secondhand one (we actually went new), Baz would have been just as professional as he was selling a new one. We felt like we were treated as important there was no hurry or pressure as you feel in some places. The contact from the company during the week until we picked it up, answering questions was great, really responsive. The handover was great, my son is thrilled with the bike and Baz went through everything with him as the owner, even snapping a pic of him for the website (Baz you are a rare person to get a photo of him smiling!!). Cannot recommend this company highly enough, go and see the team there I’m sure they won’t steer you wrong- Tara
