Our driver was a nice enough guy but…
Our driver was a nice enough guy but for a one way ride for $465 (which would normally cost just over $100) this was not worth it at all. The child seat they provided was totally not comfortable at all - our 2 year old's head kept lulling forward and there were no side head rests for her to rest her head against so I had to hold her head the entire ride (so not a great ride for me). I could have bought two new car seats and dumped them at the airport for this price. By the time we knew what it would cost we were worried we couldn't get another service, which is why we went with this one. We should have gotten champagne and a back massage at this rate but instead got a pretty uncomfortable ho-hum ride. Driver drove well though and was nice but not worth $465 - that's just insane.

Perfect experience
We had a really great experience using the service between Newark and Manhattan. I was initially concerned because upon booking I did not immediately receive a confirmation email, however, close to our travel date I received a confirmation text, which is exactly what the website had said would happen. I found the booking system user friendly and the drivers very courteous and professional. The driver who picked us up at the airport was available by text once we landed so we could let him know once we had our bags and were ready to meet. If we end up traveling to NYC with our young kids again I would definitely use this service again.

Unjust added fees
Our flight was delayed due to a snow storm. I continually updated the driver through the app, however the driver decided to head to the airport even though we hadn’t even taken off. When the receipt arrived we’d been charged excessive waiting and parking fees. I emailed to query this and I did receive a refund, which I’m grateful for, but I hope this is not common practice as I would like to use this service for future trips (I did use for a return trip to the airport and had no issues)

Driver was late resulting in a nearly missed flight and much stress on a pregnant woman with a 3 year old child. Fee was 15% higher than quoted. No credit offered for our trouble, and we will not use this service again.

Come highly recommended.
We are from the UK and travelled with our 14 month old. Both trips too and from the airport to Mahattan were safe, with the correct car seat installed and both drivers friendly and put us at ease.
We left a mobile phone on the taxi on our return trip and Nelson at Kidmoto was nothing short of exceptional in making sure we got it back ok. The taxi driver brought it back to their head office and Nelson despatched via the post office and kept us up to date on the errant phone''s whereabouts until we got it back a few days later.
Again, this company can't come better recommended.

Our flight got in very early
Our flight got in very early and we were through customs in 2 minutes and bags waiting on the carousel (NEVER happens at Newark!) and our driver was at the airport already waiting for us. He was a very careful and safe driver. We use Kidmoto every trip we have and will keep using them!

Incredible experience
Incredible experience. I travelled with my 2 year old from LA to NYC (which is already a long flight). Andrea was amazing! She was on time, helped me with our luggage, helped strap my son in to the car seat, and made great conversation! The car seat was clean and a very spacious diono. It was great! I’d highly Recommend this service and Andrea!!!
