Keep the customer informed of the pick up location details. We received a message that the driver was there, and was waiting. For first timers at LaGuardia we did not know where there was.

Absolutely perfect service
We used Kidmoto to travel from JFK to midtown Manhattan. Booking was pretty simple, I did it via the webpage, then the Kidmoto app did the rest. It notified us about the assigned driver, also got notification that our driver arrived. Our driver Manjinder was very kind, he sent us message that he was waiting for us in the terminal, I could chat with him using the app. He helped us with the luggages and we felt very safe during the travel.
Thank you Kidmoto, I'll definitely use the service again!

Our driver, Nelson was great! Texted the day before and morning of to confirm pickup place and give tiny tidbits of advice. He knew right when our plane landed and he pulled up right as we walked outside from baggage claim. Super friendly to us and our kiddos, stickers for my oldest. Car seats were installed properly and took no adjusting and they were clean-yay!! He drove safely, had fun information about where we were driving through and even interactively listened to my chatty four year old. We would highly recommend!

This car service was great! I had two kids ages 4 and 5 with me and our luggage. This made it possible for us to get into the city and back to the airport without lugging car seats as well. Our drivers were on time and friendly. We will definitely use this service next time we visit New York!

Nice drivers, poor seat installation
The drivers are always very nice, but I'm never really convinced that the child seats are installed properly. I give the seats a quick shake and they always move around quite a bit.

Thank you for the kind words about our drivers. We have the BEST in the industry!
As far as the installation of the car seat is concerned it is a very valid one. Our staff is trained to install the car seats by child safety technicians and it shouldn’t be an issue. If you encounter a situation where you feel the car seat hasn’t been installed correctly please advise the driver that you aren’t comfortable and have them re-install it.
When you are checking the installation of the car seat you should grab it with 2 fingers on the side of the seat and it shouldn’t move more than and inch either way. If it is, please ask them to re-install it.
Lastly I appreciate you bringing this topic up, it is always good to hear constructive criticism. This is an opportunity for us to make sure our training program is effective, and to address any shortcomings.

This is a great service for traveling with kids!
This is a great service for those of us who like to bring our kids on vacation and don't want to deal with the cost and hassle of car rentals for city visits or other airport transfers (like we did in NYC). The driver was on time, the car was spacious, and the child car seats were nice. It's more expensive than a cab or Uber/Lyft, but to us it was worth it with our minds at ease knowing we were traveling safely with our kids.
