Driver was 45 minutes late
Driver was 45 minutes late. He was very pleasant and a great guy. no complaints there, it's just with an 8-month-old child in Mid-October in New York, the 45 minutes are rough. I feel the rate is quite high, so was hoping there would be a little "above-and-beyond" considering the nature of the cargo being transported. Again, nothing against the driver, i know he went to the wrong terminal at LGA and "it's LGA", but still would have tried to preposition a bit earlier. Got to destination safe and sound. Thanks

Expensive but worthwhile
An expensive service, but highly valuable too! Our drivers were prompt and easy to communicate with. Arriving with a tired baby in a city we didn't know, we were very glad to have a kind, understanding person on the other end! And the same goes for our early morning jaunt to the airport.
Ahead of our trip, I also had a lot of questions and found the customer service representatives exceptionally helpful. Thoughtful and knowledgeable! My only reason for docking a star is because it is a lot of money for (at least in our case) a quite short ride.

Excellent service
We received excellent service from Kidmoto on two different rides across New York City last week. We booked Kidmoto for rides from La Guardia to our hotel (in Jersey City) and from the hotel to the NY port (for a cruise), with our 3 young children. They were prompt, professional, and on time (actually, early), with the 3 carseats pre-installed. But in addition, they adjusted the pick-up time for me at the last minute, when I asked them to move it back by 2 hours, for no extra fee. The driver also retrieved a lost sparkly-pink pen from underneath the back seat, and distributed stickers. This was our first trip to NYC, and with 3 little kids we were a bit intimidated about crossing the city. Kidmoto made it easy. Great service, thanks!

100% would use again, and I hope to see the business grow into more cities around the world so that I can!
We were met at baggage claim by our driver who helped us to our car. Car was large and immaculately prepared. All 3 child seats were ready to go as requested, as well as a stroller and bassinet for our week in NYC. Our driver gave the kids stickers in the car and entertained us all with his intimate knowledge of the city as we drove to our destination. On our return, driver was early and again helped us load up our family of 6.
If you have young kids and travel, I cannot recommend Kidmoto enough. It's a fantastic idea and really makes things so much easier for the family. No need to transport car seats or strollers, or arrange a hire car on the other end. 100% would use again, and I hope to see the business grow into more cities around the world so that I can!

A safe service when travelling with kids
The taxi driver was great and took us fast and safely to our hotel / airport. The app is great; you can chat with the driver and you get notifications when your driver is approaching etc. However, the customer service seemed to me a bit rude and it took quite some time to get answers to my questions (=so that a person who doesn't know how things work will understand the system. The actual replying was fast but in my opinion they could try to explain things better and not just copy everything that is said on their homepage.) in the end we understood each other and everything worked out just fine. 😊
