Excellent service and fills a huge need for traveling families!

Loved this! Excellent driver and service! Only drawback was I didn't hear back through the chat feature in the app... not sure if it was working. Would love to have more details on where to go and meet the driver once we arrive at the airport. Our driver was extremely nice, prompt, and professional. The car and carseats were clean. Really glad we found this service. Our travel was so much easier! Thanks!

driver was courteous, reliable, and patient despite our luggage issue that caused us to be 30min delayed. he was wonderful with my children and ensured that they were belted into the car seats properly before starting our ride.

Price was very high and the online price estimator didn’t work so I couldn’t determine the price prior to the ride. I even tried to contact the company but you can’t find any phone numbers. The ride and car seat were great, but I was shocked by the price and just wished I had known prior.

The ride was great, as was the driver. But the service lost 1-2 stars for not including the toll in the estimate. That’s major, given that there’s no way to get from Newark Airport to Manhattan without paying a toll. Also, why was I charged a cash toll when the driver had an Ez-pass, and it was off-peak hours? It shouldn’t have been $15. Leaving tolls out of the estimate seems shady. Be upfront.

Excellent service when travelling with young children

Nelson was on time and an excellent driver. He was in communication with us before the trip and was aware of changes in our flight schedule. We were so grateful to have safe transportation for our entire family

When you're travelling with a baby, extra planning is required. After doing some research, Kidmoto seemed like the best way to transport four adults and one four month-old baby girl from JFK to Manhattan, along with loads of luggage!
Everything went smoothly, with texts keeping us informed of the driver's whereabouts etc.
All in all, using Kidmoto couldn't have been easier to organise, and we would definitely travel with them again. Thanks for your reliable service and safe driving!

Where to begin? We took the train to Manhattan from Newark, and that was an absolute nightmare with a 5YO and luggage. We decided to find a car company that catered to families with children on our way home, specifically a company that took care to install and maintain car seats and safe conditions for children. Enter KidMoto!

Seth arrived nearly 40 minutes early, helped load the car, and was very friendly for the hour we spent in his Ford Expedition. The car was very clean, and he ensured the ride was comfortable for everyone. One last thing, when we pulled up to the airport, there was a guy smoking near the curb. Seth hopped out, unprompted by us, and asked the guy to move a little further down as there were kids in the car. A nice touch to end a long car ride to the airport. I can’t stress enough, while the price seems high, it provides great piece of mind and is head and shoulders superior to other, larger ride share companies or taxis.

My wife and I were traveling to NYC with our 14 month old baby and we did not want to deal with the hassle of bringing a car seat. We searched and searched, finally finding Kidmoto on Mommypoppins.com. The app was easy to use and we love the fact we were able to specify the weight of the child to find the perfect car seat solution. Our driver Nelson was professional, thoughtful and considerate. We enjoyed the service so much, we immediately booked a return trip to JFK. We will be using Kidmoto when we travel for years to come. Thank you!

It was my first time travleing with my one year old alone. Flying is stressful much less coming into JFK.
As soon as we landed, we received a message saying our driver, Ramon was waiting for us. As soon as we exited the baggage area he came over and assisted us. he was warm, friendly and patiently helped me to buckle my child into the seat.

Amazing service. Travelling with 2 kids to Newark . The folks at kidmoto went out of the way to help us with the travel to and fro from the airport. The drivers and the staff at kidmoto were very accommodating . Particulary liked their staff following up over text. Hope to see more of you guys in the future

I used Kidmoto in the summer of 2018 (June/ July) and it was perfect for our family of four (my wife and me, and our two pre-school aged children). We landed in JFK around 6-7pm (New York time) and the driver was waiting there to greet us when we got out of the baggage claim. He was friendly and patient (especially appreciated after a long flight from across the country) - he helped us load our bags into a clean, spacious, and air-conditioned SUV and understood the issues involved when traveling with small children. The car was exactly as we ordered it with respect to the size of the child safety seats that we needed/ requested. The driver was knowledgeable about the city and got us to our Manhattan destination in the normal amount of time (it was the end part of rush hour) while driving in a safe and smooth manner. It was our first time using Kidmoto, and we were so impressed as parents, we used it on our way back to JFK, when our trip was ending. We had the same satisfactory experience - a mirror image of our time getting into the city. All in all, a wonderful way to bookend a trip to the Big Apple. I've recommended the service to my friends, and would recommend it to anyone.
