Expensive but excellent service
This app is great, really easy to use and a very good service. We booked transfers to and from JFK and the cars arrived on time with the correct baby seats. Both our drivers were excellent. It was all very relaxing and hassle-free. I’m only giving it four stars because it was extremely expensive!

I understand that our prices can be a little more expensive than a typical car service. There are a slew of reasons we have to charge a bit more than others, but it’s mainly for the added cost of our insurances, training, and the hiring of only the top qualified drivers in the area. Our car seats are top of the line, the added cost of training the drivers to install the car seats correctly, and the extra insurance we pay to cover you, and your most precious cargo are just a few of them.

Terrific kids friendly app based car service.
Outstanding ride service that is very kid friendly. Very nice, safe and professional driver. He had the car seats ready and toys for the kids. Fair pricing and transparent app. The ease to book multiple car seats was outstanding. We will definitely use them the next time that we are in NYC and any new locations that they add.

Perfect. Finally a NYC car service that has infant car seats. Drivers showed up on time and had proper seats ready and installed. Great txt and chat feature lets you communicate with driver via app. Used both in and out of JFK. App worked seamlessly. Perfect.

Great experience
Great experience. I took my 6 yo son on a trip to New York City, and needed to find a good option for transportation from the airport to the hotel and back. KidMoto was wonderful! They showed up on time, with car seats already installed, and both of the drivers we had were very courteous and safe. It was an expensive service, but I feel like it was worth it for the peace of mind.

We had an awesome experience with Kidmoto. They arrived promptly to the airport to pick us up, had a nice clean car with a car seat that was properly installed and had adequate room for our luggage and us. Driver was super friendly and pleasant to talk with. We booked a round trip and the same driver took us back to the airport. He arrived at our hotel exactly when he said he would and got us back to the airport safely and again was great to talk with. He really made the trip awesome. We will most certainly use Kidmoto again when we travel back to NYC. Overall awesome experience and highly recommended.

Solved all our Problems
Kidmoto made travelling with a toddler so easy, and solved every problem we had on arrival in NYC, be it car seat, portable crib or stroller etc. Took a lot of stress around travelling with a child away. We would use them again, and recommend them to anybody.

Impeccable service: perfect for family travel
Both drivers we had were amazing: professional, social, etc. Drivers were helpful (when we got in several hours late the driver was more than helpful with luggage while my wife or I attended to a very grumpy toddler up WAY past his bedtime). We felt very safe in the car while drivers navigated through Manhattan: a sharp contrast to taxi and Uber drivers! Vehicles were extremely clean and well maintenanced, and car seats were perfect for our toddler. Drivers were on time or early, and easy to spot at the airport coming in (past midnight), and picking us up at the hotel; they were in constant communication and kept us up-to-date regarding pickup times.
All services were as advertised or better (one driver had candy!!), and we will use the services again when needed!

Highly Recommended!
