Kikatek Avaliações

The items I ordered arrived fast and in good condition. The quality was great and I love how cute my new robot is!

My issue wasn't with the products themselves but rather the lack of communication about the warehouse service. I preordered my goods months ago and they were delayed due to stock, fair enough. It was only went i went in to check myself because other stores had the items that i only found out that the items have been in my warehouse for 4 days. You mean to tell me it wasn't possible to send me a notification to say i can ship the items? Please sort that out, other than that everything else was fine, price was decent and getting the items was within given timeframe.

EDIT: I see your reply and appreciate you took my suggestion to mind

Good, got my package fast and undamaged

The delivery was extremely quick, the price was great, and the customer service was even more amazing and forthcoming.

It's great when are company looks after your needs

Easy to order from.
Reasonable prices.
Good stock also option with pre orders which is a must as items can very quickly sell out.
Items well packed for delivery.
Very good communication.
Would recommend.

Great experience, item arrived earlier than expected in perfect condition, will be looking forward to order more in the future, many thanks.

Best place to buy Gundam kits in the UK. Delivered undamaged and supporting a UK company rather than importing myself! Great delivery and great stock, got a free trading card as well!

Their service is about as high quality as it gets, with a great selection of model kits, they also sent a small paper slip with a smiley face on it and i think that's neat.

Fantastic Company, never had a bad order from them, always quick and great service

Easy website to use. Good communication from start to finish. Arrived on the day stated. Would not hesitate to use again.

Their virtual warehouse function is a game changer. The order was packed with care and attention and excellent communication throughout. We are regular returning customers. Thank you!

The Gundams came on time, and I really enjoy ordering from kikatek they actually have good prices on gunplas instead of overprice.

Excellent website. Great selection of mecha model kits and gacha items. Fast delivery. Terrific packaging. Enjoyed the goodies I didn't order, e.g., voucher. Will be ordering from Kikatek again!

Ordered from them a couple times before. Had a couple model kits and figures I've had my eye on for a while at a good price.
Arrived quickly and well packaged, and still one of my go to sites

Solid and quick delivery. Well made website!, looking forward to new stock arriving.
