I recently purchased a pair of Cartier earrings Julius was extremely helpful during the purchase, and Sofia followed through afterwards. Both were attentive, professional and made the process smooth. Highly recommended.

Very helpful sent extra photos on request. Arranged the delivery to our preference. Nicely packaged and the product more than met expectations. Personal service even though bought online.

Disappointing experience overall. I purchased both a diamond necklace and a rubber watch strap from the store. The strap itself looks good, however after being fitted and briefly worn under normal use, it became clear it was too small and left pressure marks on my wrist.

The disappointing part is that this was raised with the store in under 24 hours. During the fitting, the salesperson specifically saw and discussed that I normally wear my watch on the halfway micro-adjustment setting. With this strap fitted, the clasp now has to sit on the absolute maximum adjustment and is still uncomfortably tight.

The store also confirmed they only offer one size. I contacted them promptly and politely to request a return, especially as their published returns policy does not clearly state that fitted straps are excluded. Despite this, the return was refused on the basis that the item had been worn and could not be resold.

I understand retailers need to protect themselves from abused returns, but in this case the sizing issue could only realistically be identified once the strap was fitted and tried properly. Given the circumstances, I was hoping for a more reasonable and customer-focused approach, particularly considering the overall purchase made that day.

A disappointing level of after-sales support despite an otherwise positive first impression.

Absolutely love my wedding ring from Kings Hill.
Sofia and the team at Kings Hill are amazing. They called me with updates from my time of purchase to when my ring was completed. They then arranged for the ring to be posted for next day delivery and it was beautifully packaged.
I highly recommend them and will be using them again. Fantastic team and I'm one very happy customer 😊

Really unhelpful staff. Information given prior to my visit wasn’t correct so I ended up travelling a distance for nothing. There was no attempt to offer a solution. Very disappointing and I wouldn’t recommend

I bought two items from Kings Hill recently and the customer service is fantastic. They are very helpful and knowledgeable as I was buying online I contacted them prior to purchase to get details of the items and they didn’t disappoint. They will definitely be my go to when I buy in the future.

I purchased a pre loved Cartie LOVE necklace with diamonds in 18k gold from KINGS Hill jewellers, i first found them through searching for this product online and they came up as having one. I called and enquired on Tuesday and went into store on Saturday to view it, served by Emily. I then called on the following Tuesday and spoke with Max who sent me a payment link via email.The next day It was then sent out by Royal Mail Special delivery Complimentary. Authenticity certificate included with box and was Neatly wrapped by them. Great service, i would highly recommend them. Thank you

I purchased a Carter love wedding band from Cartier. It was one size too small so I intended exchanging the ring. I then found the exactly same ring by chance when googling Cartier in the right size from Kings Hll Jewellery. Some due diligence later and excellent customer assistance from the store I ordered the ring. It arrived and after very close inspection I found the ring to be flawless, and immaculate as if never been warn. A 18ct yellow gold beautiful ring ( A jilted groom possibly? ) and and original immaculate papers, boxes and original receipt and best of all at a big saving. 5 Star company, customer service and item. I am currently considering buying an additional piece of luxury jewellery on their website again now that I have discovered Kings Hill Jewellery.

I hope after this review they may offer me a substantial discount.

Jewellers I find can be an intimidating place however Kings Hill Jewellers have been excellent. Lovely members of staff, each person I have dealt with has been patient, pleasant and happy to help. The service has made the entire experience of shopping here really enjoyable. I’ll continue to use Kings Hill Jewellers for any and all of my jewellery needs!

Absolutely fabulous online experience, from my first contact with them to receiving my item which was a Cartier love bracelet. Fantastic friendly, professional and knowledgeable customer service team. I love my bracelet and it arrived the next day before 1pm via Royal Mail recorded delivery. The bracelet was even better than I hoped it would be and it’s a huge relief to buy a pre loved item in immaculate condition with all the relevant authentication papers. I would definitely recommend this jewellery shop
