Simply over the moon !
Ordered a 6 seater dining set with parasol. Tremendous quality of the teak. Over the moon frankly as well as with the delivery service and price. Couldnt recommend more - dont look elsewhere you will be wasting your time like i wasted mine ! Well run company IMO....

Saying goodbye to our very old garden furniture … and WOW Kingsley Smythe
Saying goodbye to our very old (20+ years) Alexander Rose garden furniture was high time (but what quality yet always kept outside). We looked around, went to a few country shows and decided on Kingsley Smythe as the quality seemed even better than Rose’s. And, indeed, post delivery today, ‘inspecting’ it at close quarters, it is remarkably well put together. The highest quality imaginable (outside of taking your own designs to a local carpenter which would end up costing ten or more times more). - For their delivery Kingsley Smythe chose logistics firm First Rate Logistics Ltd., and, indeed, they are first rate. The delivery was not the easiest (heavy chairs, table, loungers, positioning) esp. in the heat and assembly was required. BARRY and DALE of First Rate were fantastic, professional, polite, knowledgeable, and handled all with great care. - Probably one of the best logistics companies out there that Kingsley Smythe chose.

Great delivery service and quality
I recently purchased an 8-seater table and chair set and can confirm that the delivery was on time, with everything arriving exactly as described.
Flynn and the Kingsley Smythe team were incredibly helpful - as I wasn't able to be at home when the delivery arrived, they assembled the furniture exactly where I had requested. They even took a photo once everything was finished and sent it to me, which I really appreciated.
The quality is really good and my overall experience with the company has been superb.
The only minor point I'd mention is that I wasn't able to get a response by email. However, they answer the phone promptly and are happy to help with any questions, so I'd definitely recommend giving them a call if you need anything.

Review turn around - was one; now five
I was due to have my table, chairs, parasol and all sorts of additions delivered and installed on Friday. The courier rang at 6:15pm to say he couldn't deliver my order today and that I would have to discuss a re-delivery on Monday. I enquired where he was, and he said it was in Sheffield, so he KNEW he wasn't going to deliver on delivery day from a lot earlier in the day than the time he rang me. It did not make Kingsley Smythe look good in any way.
I emailed Kingsley Smythe and didn't think I would get a response during the weekend, but they replied on the Friday evening and apologised. That was appreciated as they do say that the email address wasn't monitored.
I gave the times I was available for the week and they booked the Wednesday. I didn't get a delivery slot text first thing, but one arrived to say they'd be with me at around 11:00. Bang on time they arrived, put up my table, etc. I was also gifted a little something to make up for the mess and upset on Friday.
So, yes. Use this company. If they do mess up, they've proved they not only own the mistake, they work fix it. Yes, they deserved the one star review that I gave on Friday, but they also deserve the 5 star review now.

Really happy with our new table
Really happy with our new table — the quality is excellent and it looks fantastic.
Delivery and service were top-notch too. I was at work when it arrived, but my partner was home and said everything went really smoothly. Barry Darren kept communication clear throughout, sent us a text before arriving, and provided a great service.
The table was delivered and assembled, my partner was shown how to extend it, and all packaging was taken away too.
Overall, really pleased with both the product and service. Highly recommend.

From start to finish - everyone I dealt with was helpful and wanting to go the extra mile to sort everything out. Even to the extent of offering overtime to their driver (at no charge to me) so that my table would arrive in time for guests. Excellent service and an excellent well built product to boot.

Outstanding!
We ordered our set from Kingsley Smythe after much researching on the internet. I can 100% confirm that we made the right choice! Communication was excellent throughout and the delivery team Sean and his team mate were superb. There was a small issue with one of the chairs and a section of the table. Laura was unbelievably helpful and organised a very quick replacement for both. Jamie and his team member were superb in their delivery and assembly. Every member of staff has been a wonderful ambassador for this company and the products are utterly beautiful. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Quality garden furniture.
I ordered a teak table and four chairs, seat covers and parasol. Ordering was straightforward, delivery was on time. The quality of the furniture is excellent. The delivery men were smart, well mannered and very helpful.

Great service
Great service! Delivered within the time slot stated, professional and courteous delivery team. I had a few questions about the furniture and called Kingsley Smyth before ordering, they were extremely informative and provided me with honest answers to my questions. The garden furniture looks great and is really good quality. A breath of fresh air dealing with Kingsley Smyth compared to a really bad experience with another garden furniture company where I had to ultimately cancel the order.

Good initial experience
We ordered our Regal 6 seat dining set and it was delivered on time and assembled by the delivery team.
The set looks good although it is much lighter in colour than shown in the website, so I am hoping that it is grade A teak and not an inferior grade.
I will submit a further review after we have had the set for a full year and will have seen how it has weathered.

What an experience!
What an experience from start to finish.
We ordered our rectangular, adjustable table with 6 chairs and parasol 14 days before delivery. The process couldn’t have been any smoother !
The delivery its self was fantastic!! We were kept up to date with expected delivery times a week before and thought the day of delivery. Barry and Darren arrived and very kindly set our table up so perfectly.. it’s the small things that count right !
