Helpful Company and Great Furniture
We met Lucy at a garden show and straightaway we were impressed by the quality and price of the garden furniture. Our furniture was delivered next day by a small, super helpful team who assembled everything and removed the rubbish. The clear pricing and communication made the whole transaction an absolute pleasure and we highly recommend Lucy and the company. Thank you!

Satisfied customer
Although I was a bit hesitant to order an item like this, the experience turned out very satisfactory.
I had questions during the order which were answered promptly.
There was a short delay (1 week) with the delivery, which actually benifited us as my wife met with Kingsley Smythe people at the New Forest Country Show. Lesley cleared up a small alteration which was dealt with.
We were unable to be at home when the delivery was carried out due to a hospital appointment, however the Nick & Symon contacted us during the delivery. They left the items in a safe place and later phoned back with some useful information before they left.
The experience has been very pleasant, the whole Kingsley Smythe Team could not have done more!
More importantly we are very happy with our patio table & chairs of which I'm sure we will have many years of use.

The furniture looked great the first…
The furniture looked great the first summer we used it, but after 3 years - 3 of the chairs arms have cracked so they’re not safe to use and the table looks terrible. We tried all the natural methods suggested on their website, but it looks more ready for the tip. Super disappointed as we had hoped for long lasting garden furniture for the price!

Really pleased with the quality of our…
Really pleased with the quality of our new garden furniture. Ordering was easy on line and invoice and confirmation were sent straight away. Email was received of delivery date approx 2 weeks after ordering. I received a telephone call on the morning of delivery advising they were 10 mins away. The delivery men were very respectful and polite. One of the chairs was damaged on the arm, unfortunately we didn’t notice as the chairs were stacked. We should have checked before delivery men left, our mistake. I emailed and sent a photo and received a prompt reply advising a new chair would be bought and exchanged. I received the email on the Monday and on the Thursday, the same week, a new chair was delivered. Excellent service and again very polite delivery men. We ordered the extending table, 6 chairs, lazy Susan, umbrella, upgraded cushions and a cover for what we believe is superb value. It looks great and we are so pleased to have used this company. Highly recommend.

Nick & Owen, gave me a call on route to let me know what time they would arrive. Set up the table and chairs in no time, explaining along the way what I need to do in the first year which all made good sense. Very friendly and cleared up everything before leaving. Well done to both of them.

Great service
Family run business, we ordered and paid a small deposit a year ago to secure the show price as we knew we didn't want it for at least a year as having work done in the garden. Dealt with Lucy who is lovely and saw her at a couple of shows to confirm we were still not ready which she assured us was not a problem.
Great friendly and efficiant delivery from Nick and Symon. Gave me a call when they were on their way. Delivered to area we wanted.
Full explanation of care given and sent in text message aswell.

Teak Furniture from Kingsley Smythe
We had some outdoor teak furniture delivered this morning. I am pleased to say that once the furniture was unpacked, removing protective packaging, it looked very good quality. However the best part of the delivery was the great attitude and helpfulness of the 2 lads delivering the furniture, Nick and Symon. Nothing was too much trouble, they inspected the furniture and then followed up by giving us great advice on future maintenance. They did a great job as representatives of Kingsley Smythe, so a 5 star experience for us. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service provided by Kinsey Smythe. Furniture arrived 10 days after ordering with clear communication. Nick and colleague did an excellent job in setting up the table and chairs on our patio, removing all rubbish and a detailed tutorial in caring for the product. Would recommend!
