Hi Jane,
A bra that doesn't fit as expected can be really disappointing, especially when sizing doesn't seem to match what you anticipated.
I can understand why this would be frustrating, and we're sorry to hear the returns process felt difficult to navigate as well.
I've asked for some more information via Trustpilot so I can look into this with you and see what can be done to make things better.

Not delivered.
Ordered some things. Quite excited as been recommended. No parcel received (they use EVRI so……). Emailed customer support who replied saying I can have a refund or replaced but they strongly recommend forwarding my parcel to a pick up box which is like admitting they do not trust their couriers. Anyway. I asked for a replacement only to be told SOME of the items were out of stock so they issued a refund which I am now waiting for. Not brilliant. Will update if I see my refund appear. Would have been nice to have at least been offered alternatives, told they would send what they had or be told before hand they were out of stock.

I absolutely loved the bra
I absolutely loved the bra, the material was lovely, the fit and style was lovely but the strap was sewn on backwards. Bit disappointing that they do not have quality checks to pick up on this. Ive reordered another and I am hoping this is not the same.

Hi Beverley,
A bra that looks beautiful, feels lovely, and fits well should arrive exactly as expected, so I'm sorry this felt disappointing for you.
It's great to hear you loved the material, style, and fit, but I can understand why discovering a strap had been sewn on incorrectly would be frustrating.
I've asked for some more information on Trustpilot so I can pinpoint your order and get the feedback to our QA team + manufacturer so we can tighten up the QA process that does go on (both at the factory and in our warehouse).
We hope the replacement is perfect and gives you the experience you were originally hoping for

Hi Donald,
That’s understandably disappointing.
When something is ordered with next day delivery, you expect it to be there on time, and I can see why this will have let you down.
If you contact us via support.knickerbox.com, we'll get your delivery costs refunded to you ASAP. Alternatively, share your details with me here and I'll ask the team to reach out.
