After reviewing our call logs and emails, it appears we responded to all inquiries promptly. Regarding your return, the items were sent back to you because the shoes were returned without their original packaging. As stated on our return policy page, in our terms and conditions, and in the email containing your RMA number, we cannot accept or resell footwear without the original retail packaging.
Because these requirements were not met, we were unable to process the return and had to return the items to you. We aim to be as transparent as possible with these policies to ensure a smooth process for everyone. This policy is posted in our return policy page, terms and agreement and the actual email we sent you with the RMA number.

Inexpensive nunchaku
The nunchaku themselves were just fine. The strings were not so good, tied with a very simple knot and glue. I had to re string all three pair. Still a very good value.
