I've been waiting 4 days for a return…
I've been waiting 4 days for a return receipt that I was promised would be here in 48 hours. I need to receive credit for Mt purchase that I no longer want. Unless, you consider 48 hours as 4 days not 2 full days. Shoes are great, but not what I expected.

Hi, its 48 business hours. We are not open on weekends, so weekends do not count. If you emailed us on Friday, We have till Tuesday to respond to your request. Returns is not a high priority for us. We process returns twice a week.

all around the best shopping experience one could hope for
ive ordered 2 of the same item through yall twice and the only issue was they were packaged differently each time. other than that the website store was simple, communication was thorough, delivery was fast, and the items themselves were in great condition. good job, kungfu4less, keep it up and dont let it get to your heads.

Getting the correct shoe size.
Getting the correct shoe size is challenging, to say the least. And If one does need to exchange for a different size, a small restocking fee is acceptable, but the shipping should be free. I have also bedn unable to order the Fei Lo 1920 Gum Shoe as it too is out of stock!

The price on this particular Nunchaku was good, and the quality is excellent. The shipping time was not long, and I was notified when my item was on the way. I would recommend Kungfu4less for martial arts supplies and will shop there again.
