I insured with these just over a month ago, and am now changing my car. They won't/can't insure me on the other car (which I had been insured with another company on for over 4 years). But, the car I am insured (for the last month) with these on I am now getting rid off. So, asked if I could cancel the policy as it's no longer needed and they won't insure me on the new car and they wanted to charge me £148 cancellation! on a policy that cost me £201 for the year!

So, if you think you might change or sell your car at any time, DO NOT go with these. I have had to do this in the past with other companies in the past and had to pay £25 admin fee, which I can except.

I would give it a 0 star needs to be shut down!! I got a policy within 12 hours I wanted to cancel as found cheap quote elsewhere also they’re asking for too many things for a simple car insurance. The f***** want to deduct £60 cancellations £79 some other fee and £46 breakdown fee out of my £260 deposit they want to refund only £30!! For a policy which wasn’t even active for more then 12 hours!! RIP off and just trying to take your money for no reason!!

worst insurance company around a compleat con . Found them via co compare seemed a good quote .its all fake they took £400 from me They bombard you constantly with unreasonable requests for recent photo ect 4 in total but their site only accepts 1 when you try to send others its always pending after numerous telephone conversation you get nowhere . They treat you like a criminal asking for proof your cars not been in a police compound . i was warned via e mail not to drive my car . After speaking directly on the phone they told me to ignore the e mail ( its only a circular ) Then after 1 month of nonstop harassment i was informed to contact them yet again . i spoke to the most aggressive rude female who informed me they where revoking my policy ( no reason given ) So heres the con i asked for my money back £400 never been insured with then they told me not to drive my car . The rude female informed me i would be reimbursed £175 they have to deduct £225 for administration !!!!! Are they kidding . All this for 1 month of rude harassment so if you work it out they are charging people £2700 a year for cover . Thats the scam every policy they cancel they laugh all they way to the bank . i might add i've been driving for 40 years have had no accidents or claims against any company . everyone beware !! This company is a scam every one in the same situation like me report them to the ombudsman

Dreadful company. Bombarding me with renewal emails and texts despite three emails telling them I’ve made other arrangements. Will be reporting them to insurance ombudsman.

Another Cowboy company....got a reasonable quotation on the Internet was advised to call to confirm insurance after going through the same details i was given a ridiculous Price at the end...!!!

Similar to others' experience on here, I was offered a low price on a price comparison website based upon information provided - however when I attempted to purchase the insurance they told me they couldn't honour the quote.

After using MoneySupermarket to get a quote for insurance. I then phoned up to organise cover. Having sucked me in with a low price they then requoted and doubled the quote.

This has left me feeling cheated and has wasted a load of my time. I have now gone back to my original inusurer at £5 more than Ladybirds original quote.

Shocking Business Practice - they should all be ashamed!
