Ich habe mit dem Service bzw. Beratung nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Die Produkte überzeugen mich ebenfalls. Die Qualität ist top. Würde mich immer wieder für die Produkte von Leatherman entscheiden. Kann ich nur empfehlen!

Having owned dozens of Leatherman pocket tools since the first I purchased in the late 1980’s I’ve returned 4 which have been repaired (or replaced with a better model) promptly & trouble free.
I am excited to have recently purchased a Leatherman BOLSTER. I have lost or misplaced many of my pocket tools. It is great to try out this new model with many of the great features of the Wingman but at more affordable price. I won’t cry so badly if lost or misplaced.
Very poor customer service and disorganized support
I am extremely disappointed with Leatherman’s customer service. Emails take forever to be answered, and when they do respond, the guidance is unclear and unhelpful. The return and warranty process is confusing — the online pages provide little practical information, and there is no clear way to get prepaid shipping for returns.
Do Not buy From This Company
They will take your order and tell you it will be delivered in a week when in reality your order will be stuck in the back order with no updates at all.
I emailed to find out what was going on with my order to be told they can not give me a delivery date.

Llevo dos Años intentando que me respondan por una garantia. No hay manera. En tienda física NO TRAMITAN LA GARANTIA, VIA MAIL NO RESPONDEN, TELEFONICAMENTE IMPOSIBLE. Es un timo lo de garantia de por vida.

Eroded customer value - no carry method included
Not including a carry method (clip or sheath) erodes value to the customer - historically you would at least get a sheath. I called customer service multiple times for an explanation and they don't care. The line is that customers like to personalize and they are responding to feedback by allowing them to purchase what they want. Which is complete BS!
This was a very poor decision by Product and/or company leadership. It's an absurd cost to make the customer take on after purchasing an already expensive tool, and you have to pay shipping for accessories because they won't clear the free shipping minimum.

Das Tool war nicht zu benutzen. Es ließ sich nichts ausklappen. Alles war wie verschweißt. Der Kundenservice - unterirdisch. Man muss die Rücksendung, trotz Gewährleistung, selber tragen.
ich habe mir vor 40 Jahren mal ein Leatherman zugelegt. Da war das noch was. heute nur noch Schrott !!!

The products are significantly more expensive than in the US. The quality is inconsistent — you just hope the piece you get will be good and that you won’t have to return it. Long delivery times that keep getting extended. I’ve been waiting for a Leatherman Arc for 14 days and keep getting updates that the delivery time has been delayed again. I’m done with this — I’ll buy a multitool from the competition instead.
Wo ist meine Ware? Will mein Geld zurück!
Leider kann ich nichts zur Qualität sagen weil ich das Produkt erst gar nicht erhalten habe. Geld wurde gleich bei Bestellung abgebucht. War bei Zustellung in Urlaub. Ware ging zurück. Leathermann informiert - kein Problem sobald retour senden sie es wieder. Nach 2 Monaten angefragt was ist los. Unterstellen die mir doch glatt ich hätte die Ware vl. doch erhalten? Ich soll bei meinen Nachbarn fragen und irgendwelche Fragebögen von DHL ausfüllen. Also eine absolut bodenlose Frechheit! hier dem Kunden so etwas zu unterstellen obwohl Leatherman selbst mittels Tracking einsehen konnte das die Ware nicht zustellbar und zurück ging. Also wer hier Spielchen spielt! Kundenservice total unfreundlich dem Kunde gegenüber und unter jeder Kritik. Nun hoffe ich das Sie mir mein Geld wieder zurück geben.
Das Geld absolut nicht wert
Für mich sind Leatherman Tools absolut überteuert und den Kundenservice ist ein Graus. Auch das neue Wave Alpha, lächerlicher Preis. Hab jetzt alles verkauft und komplett auf Victorinox umgestellt. Da hat man noch echte Qualität auf die man sich im Notfall absolut verlassen kann. Bei Leatherman bist verlassen.

Tools are good but poor customer service
Tools are good but that irrelevant if the customer service is so poor.
Sent a tool off for warranty repair, checked in on it on week 4, 6 and 8, was advised warranty repairs take 4-6 weeks, then 8-10 weeks... After week 10 they then decide to tell me they never received the tool. They now won't advise me on a solution and I am now £300+ out of pocket with nothing to show.
I sent the parcel 24hr royal mail, I may have lost the tracking number, but the likelihood of it not making it there is miniscule.
loose scissors & poor service
loose scissors, poor customer service.
I received my Micra and was disappointed to learn that it can't cut cleanly because the scissors are lose. After sending it to inspection I was not compensated or offered a refund.

Issue with Leatherman Skeletool KB Blade Discoloration
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent purchase of your Leatherman Skeletool KB.
Upon receiving the knife, I gently cleaned the cutting blade with an alcohol-wetted paper towel. To my surprise, the black coating on the blade immediately came off, leaving the blade discolored.
I specifically chose this knife due to Leatherman's reputation for quality and the Skeletool KB's lightweight design, which is ideal for my needs as a cycling commuter. My intention was to use it for preparing food, such as cutting bread and fruit, during my lunch breaks. However, after witnessing the black paint transfer onto the paper and the subsequent discoloration of the blade, I no longer feel comfortable using it for food preparation.
If this level of quality is to be expected from a knife at this price point, I am frankly appalled.

Esperienza pessima. Ho acquistato una leatherman surge nera e mi è arrivata molto dura da aprire. Dopo averla restituita ho preso una leatherman surge inox che qualche giorno dopo ha iniziato a fare ruggine, cosa inspiegabile. Restituita in garanzia e a detta loro mi hanno inviato una pinza nuova perché quella precedente aveva un difetto di fusione. Arrivata quella nuova e anche quella dopo una settimana ha iniziato a fare ruggine nello stesso identico punto. Può succedere una volta, ma dopo due volte mi sembra assurdo spendere 180 euro per una pinza cinese che vale la metà.
Mi hanno anche contattato per chiedermi che avrebbero risolto il problema e mi avrebbero dato un buono sconto, allora la pinza non costa 180€ se riescono a inviarmi 3 pinze a spese loro e per giunta inviarmi un buono sconto.
