Lenddirect took over my line of credit from Cashmoney. Everything changed including the line of credit amount I had! There is no more cash back, the payments went up but my balance is not any different. If my line of credit was a certain amount why isn't the difference accessible! Since they took over my account all I'm doing is paying, this isn'ta line of creditanymoreits a loan. You need to do better by your customers. Stop the deception!

Was in the process of applying, entered my bank card info. And got stalled at password. A few mins later my bank msgs saying my phone pin has been locked due to multiple failed attempts. What kind of criminal organization is lenddirect. Absolutely ridiculous. They should be in prison.

Well they just called and stated that my credit limit went up by 500 funny thing is I only have 358 of that credit increase available. Total bull crap.
Plus the interest rate of 35.5 is highway robbery

Very good service and fair review and approvals. Fast processing usually the same day. I would use them going forward for financing needs when the banks say no.

while I appreciate the fact I can access the funds available promptly, it would be wonderful if less of my payments went to interest as opposed to principle.
It would be even more wonderful if I was able to apply payments to pay it down at any time I had extra money, as opposed to only being able to do it at certain dates. so that I wouldn't be paying so much in interest charges..

I've had no problems with lenddirect, it's like money in the bank, except you're not getting the interest.

I emailed questions a month ago and haven’t heard anything back. I don’t have available time to go into a location physically (I’m not in town much). I don’t like that cash money was able to just offload a contract into another company without my consent. This is bad business practice. 0 input from customers, balance is ALWAYS wrong, never reporting the right credit amount or balance to credit reporting agencies. They are not willing to cancel “optional” insurance. Apply so much interest from a $200 payment that…$25 goes to the principal - yes that’s $175 in admin and interest amounts. Literally the definition of a predatory loan. I can’t wait until I am done with these clowns.

How can it be fixed? CHECK YOUR AND ANSWER YOUR EMAIL! Allow customers to cancel “optional” fees on their loans. This “line of credit” is literally worse than pay day loans. Wish I stuck to those instead of getting suckered into this. I have been paying $25 in principal for FOUR YEARS…still only have $8 available to withdraw.

If you can get approved for literally any other temporary funds do it. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THESE “loans” (I pay a CAR off faster than this garbage

It's so easy to access in emergencies, I've never been caught off guard or had to panic basic needs since I got the LOC. It's helped me invest in several assets. Decent. Good start to credit.

An e-transfer supposed to be quick but not with lendirect 2h waiting for that cash money was faster I’m disappointed

She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable with each step of the process.
