The parts came on time no much research into part no instructions with it customer service shocking but apart from that it was spot on

Outstanding quality and performance products from this company, very well made at a respectable price,no need to shop anywhere else.!! I have had a few items from Lextek with no faults or issues whatsoever, fit and finish superb. As for their customer service 10 out of 10 every time, nothing's too much trouble, always happy to help out promptley, which makes a change these days. I will soon be making another purchase from this company, No need to use anyone else.!! Just fitted my second Lextek exhaust. The first was on a Tiger 1050 sport, the latest on my new KTM superadventure 1290.
Both sound amazing and the quality is brilliant. Can't believe they can make exhausts of such quality for the price..

i ordered a carbon fibre SP9C exhaust with link pipe as I felt it was the one to best suit my bike, a kawasaki Ninja1000sx, i wasn't wrong when it arrived,
excellent build quality and fast delivery. easy to fit with all the parts being supplied that was needed.once fitted and running the sound without the baffle in was superb, a lovely deep burble and once out on the road, it sounded even better.

The website is simple to use and being able to search for bike specific parts is great. That coupled with good quality products and reasonable prices is ideal.

Struggled on mobile to buy an item. Ben through email was very helpful to resolve some issues I had. Dont think some internet sites like mobiles. Took a while to fill in info i.e address and separate delivery address. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars. A big thanks to Ben for patience 😁 and yes I would use again.

Terrible customer service.
Bought an SP11C and link pipe. Been talking to tech for at least 3 months as it doesn’t fit properly. They blame installation. End can scrapes the floor at lean (I am not Valentino Rossi). After lots of back and forth and trying different angles etc they finally sent a new can and told me to get in touch so they can talk me through the fitting. Great that they sent a new can but after a month of me emailing for the advice they offered still no reply. Buy cheap buy twice. Pay the extra money and get something else. If anyone wants a cheap unboxed SP11C there will be one going on eBay very soon!

Nice design and good sound Suzuki GSX 1250FA

Bought short round carbon pipe at motorcycle live event.
Pipe arrived within a few days later, but as it was a Xmas present I didn't fit it till Xmas day. I found the pipe was ending too short to reach rear bracket so I had too make a bracket to fix the pipe to.
Overall I'm pleased with the pipe looks good sounds nice.

Quick product to customer. However product was slightly damaged. No harm or bothering me as it was only a baffle but products should be quality controlled. However I was satisfied with the price, product and speed of it being dispatched. Thank you for the exhaust that was ordered a while ago and the baffle a few days ago.
