Falling pendant
Delivery was slightly delayed but my main problem was with their beaded necklaces that have pendants on, I have bought 3 of these and on each one the pendant has fallen off of the string necklace on the first wear.

I ordered a items of jewellery which I have loved to wear! Unfortunately, one of the necklaces broke as soon as I opened the package. I emailed customer service and they emailed me back immediately with a very warm and personable message and issued a new necklace free of charge. What more could you ask for in terms of customer service!

Very speedy delivery but items out of stock
Very speedy delivery. However the available stock online does not get live updated, so both times I ordered something, I had items that were out of stock. Bit frustrating, but they did refund me immediately, and offered a 10% discount the second time it happened.

I brought my ring for a stand in for my engagement and wedding ring as mine won't be ready on the day they've come and they are two different size and the engagement looking ring out of the set is wonky at every angle

Love them!
The earrings I ordered arrived within a few days without any issues and wrapped nicely.
They’re in fact a second pair. I liked them so much the first time I had to have them again. I recently damaged the first pair I bought 1.5 years ago in their Soho shop. Love them! Couldn’t be happier!
