Kate is great to work through finance issues and very reliable

Kate is honest and works hard to get what you need. She's diligent and Kind natured plus a pleasure to deal with. She works for you to help you and really loves her job. Kate is the best lender ive ever worked with in 40yrs. Im so pleased with her work ethic.

Dealt with Kate Gill, who was prompt and proactive in contacting me after I completed the initial enquiry form and seemed eager to find the right solution despite both my credit history and work situation not being in the most favourable position.
However it quickly went downhiIl once I completed the application.
I actually provided more information than she requested by giving her 5 payslips when she only asked for 2 payslips.
Despite this, she still decided to nitpick on my duration of employment which was in actuality not as long as I had estimated on the phone.
This was irrelevant because I have been employed for greater than 3 months which is the minimum length of time that most employers give casuals before hiring them full time.
In conjunction with my recent earnings that should have been enough to meet the criteria she had outlined but she went against her own protocols to deny me a loan which is nothing less than irrational and ultimately; stupid.
She also possesses a condescending, disdainful attitude and lacks even a rudimentary capability of displaying warmth (insisted that she and she alone ask questions in the final conversation I had with her).
Personable is not a word you could use to describe her demeanour when
communicating with her on the phone.
She also failed to contact me at the time she said she would when I provided all of the requested information.
Would not recommend her if you have a bad credit history.

Kate was a breath of fresh air, she was professional and always available for any questions l had in regards to my loan. I would highly recommend using Kate for any financial needs in the future.

Kate communicated well, keeping me up to date throughout the process.
At times she could of pushed harder against the lender who were frustrating the process. But all in all, very happy with the service Kate provided.

Had the best experience with Kate, she’s understanding and works with me throughout the process. Recommend Kate if you’re looking for a broker.

Very easy to deal with and very efficient.

Kate was able to refinance and consolidate a couple of our loans for us to a better deal. In uncertain times she was able to get us a great interest rate deal! The process was smooth and painless if not a little long but that's to be expected with the amount of customers wanting to refinance with soaring interest rates. Kate was super professional and answered all our questions as she was very knowledgable and has many contacts within the banking industry to get the best deals.

Kate was fantastic. Excellent knowledge & customer service. Would definitely recommend and come to her again for any future financial needs.
