Daniel Darbyshire was quick and effective at fixing problem in hand, 3 weeks after initial quote given. Staff are friendly and Linley and Simpson always communicate effectively to check on progress.

Grace's immediate action whenever there's a problem, is to be commanded. She's very detailed when she's relaying to us her communications with tenants and the contractor, which made it so easy when making decisions.
