I was thoroughly satisfied with List Vanities. They helped us get the vanity to complete our master bathroom remodel at an affordable price. Although their website is not ideal, after reaching out to them they worked with us to understand what we were looking for and helped us find a vanity to match our vision. Ray was especially helpful throughout the process -even after the order had shipped. I will definitely order from them again.

This is the most beautiful vanity. Everything was perfect. It came quickly from California to Louisiana. The 7ft mirror was very easy to hang with the special brackets it came with. There were no scratches or cracks or breaks of any kind. It is very well made and the marble top is beautiful. The man that took my order was very helpful and patient. I am 100% happy and everyone that sees my vanity thinks its beautiful.

I was a little leery of ordering a vanity online but this was a great experience! There was a wide selection to choose from, the prices were comparable or better than other stores i looked at, and there was great communication and customer service throughout the process. The vanity arrived on time and in perfect condition. I also ordered a faucet that i had to return, and received a prompt credit. Overall a great experience

I called customer service to answer a few questions about size, they were extremely kind and I ended up ordering the Brittany double vanity. Shipping was a little slow, but it came in great order!

Although the vanity itself is very nice looking, the design of this vanity is horrible. Where the cabinets are locate, the sink placement and back wall notches and boards make installing a bear! We have standard plumbing and had to drill holes in places that should not have to be drilled to align this unit to the plumbing. Also, shelves and drawers are in the way of the hoses that attach for plumbing, making more holes needing to be drilled through our expensive cabinet. If I would have know this (more real people need to leave reviews) we would have never ordered this model. Who designs something not made to fit the standard vanity plumbing? Something this expensive should not be that difficult to install. Very disappointed and this is why it is worth 2 stars.

For a recent project we had, we were looking for a bathroom vanity that was something rare and unique. We found listvaniites.com and couldn’t believe the selection, it is what they specialize in apparently. The site is beautifully designed, easy to navigate, and competitive in pricing. We had a number of questions on certainly models and questions were being answered via email within minutes! What set them apart and prompted us to write this review is an issue we had upon delivery. An emergency call was answered immediately, a solution was implemented, calls were made, and the problem was resolved. Great customer service, great site, great product. We will use them again for sure.

I can second the review from Maria. My vanity I ordered was not available. I agreed to go with a similar one. It arrived with a chip on one corner and a crack in another. When my contractor installed it we realized the specs on the item were incorrect. After I sent pictures and my concerns Ray basically said I should appreciate the quality of the piece. Ummm I wasnt doubting the quality!
I have to spend another $1000 to have my toilet re routes so the sink will fit!
Ray called me this evening and after he started by asking me “ what amount of money is going to make you happy?!” He also proceeded to YELL at me the entire time calling me names and cursing at me! I put it on speaker phone while recording him so my husband could hear/ witness the hostile conversation. I have never had someone in a customer service role yell at me before.

Large selection of vanities. I had a few questions about specs, styles and delivery time. Customer Service was so helpful! The gentleman who answered the phone was very knowledgable and made the process seem so easy. After my product shipped, they followed up with me and made sure i was happy with my selection.

My advice is to stay as far away from this company as possible. I called to verify if an item was in stock and how long will it take to receive it and the man on the phone told me 7 days. I placed the order and paid. About 4 hours later he called me to tell me that the item wasn't available and the it will arrive in 6 weeks. When I told them I was grateful for his call but I needed to cancel the order because the timeframe didn't work for me, he proceeded to yell and insult me. I don't know if he was having a bad day, but I was so shocked that I initially thought he was yelling to someone else in his office. He went completely nuts. I put him on speaker so my husband could hear. When my husband tried talking to him, he yelled at him too and hung up the phone on us.

I ordered a bathroom vanity four weeks ago and my credit card was charged at that time. They told me it was backordered but would ship out of the southern CA warehouse and be expedited to me. I was told it would deliver sometime last week. I contacted them all last week to get some idea of when it would be here, since it is curbside delivery and I need someone here to help with it, and never got an answer just it will be here by ththe end of the week. It is now the following week, I have been waiting over 8 days for it to arrive. As of this morning they still have no information. I do not blame the shipping co. I blame liistvanities. They never contacted the shipping co at anytime last week even though I asked them several times to do so. The just told me not to worry it would arrive by the end of the week. They are absolutely rude and not helpful in anyway. I cannot schedule a contractor or anything and have no idea where th vanity is. Do not do business with this co!

Got my bathroom vanity today. I screwed up originally but customer service helped, they were very nice and helpful. Was easy to install it.

Wonderful company. This is the place you can choose a huge varieties of products with excellent prices. I got myself a few vanities from Listvanities.com, and even after one of them was damaged during delivery Litvanities handled the problem in a professional timely matter. I will definitely use them again.

I am renovating my home and need a new bath vanity. It's a bit on the smaller side, so I purchased a wall-mounted unit from Listvanities.com. They always have high-quality merchandise in whatever style you want. I picked out a nice, petite Abaco and was quite pleased. It was big enough to store all of my toiletries and small enough not to take up too much room. As for the company, they delivered right on time and offer free shipping. Of course, the item arrived in great condition and, thanks to Listvanities.com, my bathroom is good as new!
