Excellent service from Lock and Key
I contacted Lock and Key by telephone to explain that my key had not arrived over a week after placing my order. Although it had been cut and despatched on the day I placed the order, it had been lost by Royal Mail despite being sent Tracked 24.
I spoke to a gentleman named Harry, who was extremely kind and considerate.
Upon realising how important the key was, he kindly offered to arrange for a replacement key to be cut and despatched the following day, at no extra charge.
I simply cannot praise him highly enough.
I later received an email from Jack to confirm the key was being despatched.
What a very special team, and a very special company; completely restoring my faith in humanity during such difficult times. They deserve more than 5 stars
I shall certainly use Lock and Key again, and recommend them highly to all my friends and family.

Second order with LockandKey...
Second order with LockandKey.... Wanted an additional lock to go with multiple keyed alike locks already purchased. Order dealt with in a couple of days and works perfectly with our keys.
Very happy with LockandKey; they do a great job at good prices.

I was very pleased with the new lock and extra keys. I had originally ordered a different lock and paid for extra keys but was promptly refunded when the order was processed.
