Poor customer service
I placed an order for a mul t loc ‘Garrison’ euro cylinder with extra keys. Lockandkey decided to change my order to ‘Integrator’ without bothering to contact me because they felt it was better. Regardless or why I had chosen to order ‘Garrison’.
Paid for 1-2 day delivery. Had to contact them on the 3rd day to find they had forgot to ship it even though they had sent a despatch notification the following day of my order.

Sorry if we upgraded you to a more secure and up to date version, it's rare to have customers complain when we upgrade from old out of date locks to the new latest versions from the same manufacturer. We even offered to replace it with the old one with no key security or attack resistance but you have decided to keep it. So there's nothing more we can say here.

A good experience
A good experience. I was able to select the right products on-line, and they were delivered within a week. I saved a lot of money by changing the locks myself, rather than using a locksmith.
