Friendly service but treatment was very average.

First of all, I would like to thank Naz for making me feel so comfortable, honestly, she's lovely. For me, its not easy showing my body to anyone. I decided to take the plunge and just go for it. I have really bad stretch marks all over my body, so bad that I don't go out of the house without covering my arms and shoulders (even in summer) My first appointment, I had hifu for skin tightening on my arms. I have just had Morpheus 8 done, as it was recommended by Naz for skin tightening and reducing them unsightly stretch marks of mine. I can honestly say, that I am excited to see the results and have all faith in Naz to help me feel good about myself. I cannot see myself going anywhere else and im looking forward to having more treatments. Thank you x

Beware: potential scammer.

I booked an appointment for 06/06 on 25/04. On 23/05, she cancelled it. Her reason was that she was moving her salon to a different address. She refused to refund the advance paid. I have checked her salon using the Treatwell platform. It appears that the owner had a similar issue with another customer a few weeks ago (see comment below). I am awaiting Treatwell's response on this matter.

Please be aware of the owner's unprofessional behaviour. If you come across her salon, just stay away. The owner operates two websites: Londonbodyclinic.uk and londonbodycentre.com.

I had an amazing experience at this beauty salon and cannot recommend it highly enough.

The first thing I would like to mention is how incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming Nasim is. For me, feeling safe and comfortable during a beauty treatment is extremely important, and that comes down to the person carrying out the treatment. From the moment I met her, I felt completely at ease. She is not only highly professional but also genuinely caring and easy to talk to.

What impressed me most was the amount of time and effort she dedicated to helping me. Even though her schedule was very busy, she managed to find extra time for my appointment, which I really appreciated. She always makes an effort for her clients and goes above and beyond to help whenever she can.

Nasim is incredibly experienced and knowledgeable. She takes the time to explain treatments properly, answer questions, and recommend the most suitable options based on your individual needs. Beauty treatments require skill and precision, and it is clear that she knows exactly what she is doing. I felt completely confident in her expertise throughout the entire process.

I had a Plasma Fibroblast treatment, which I had never heard of before. I am absolutely delighted with the results and so glad that I decided to have it done. The treatment was definitely worth it, and I would strongly recommend it to anyone considering it.

Another thing that stood out to me was the affordability of the salon. Before booking, I researched many other places and found that some were charging several times more for the same treatment. The prices here are very reasonable and offer excellent value for money without compromising on quality.

What makes this salon special is that you never feel like just another customer. Nasim genuinely cares about helping people. She is always happy to offer advice, answer questions, and guide you towards the treatments that will benefit you most. If you are unsure about anything, don't be afraid to ask—she is incredibly approachable and always willing to help.

I am already planning my next treatment and will definitely be returning. It is rare to find someone who combines such professional expertise with such a warm and caring personality. I had an amazing first experience at London Body Centre getting hair extensions. Nas was absolutely brilliant. As someone completely new to extensions, I was nervous, but she was so understanding, patient and supportive throughout. She took the time to explain everything and helped me choose the correct hair extensions for my hair type and lifestyle. You can tell she has incredible knowledge and experience — nothing was too much trouble and I never felt rushed. I left feeling confident and thrilled with the results. When I went for my consultation with Nas, she was so lovely making me feel instantly at ease and taking the time to go through what treatments would be best suited for me, for which I was very grateful. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my treatment and am looking forward to returning for my second appointment.

Re: I received my refund after posting reviews about this.

They took my money, cancelled my appointment 1h before and literally disappeared. Can't call them, no email response, they've changed address and the treatment I booked is no longer offered.

My review is not fake. I am rasing this through Treatwell and I have proof as no one answers the phone. I've emailed you too, no response. You cancelled on Saturday at 12:30 (calling from an anonymous number) when my appointment for cryolipolysis was booked at 12:30. You said you were going to email me new options to book and never did. Check on Treatwell and see that treatment is no longer offered. I have screenshots of that too.
I checked you out on all platform because you stole my money. All groupon reviews are also the same! Make it right and give me my refund.

I booked three sessions of Cryolipolysis (Body Freeze) treatment at the London Body Centre and was recommended to consider the Lemon Bottle injections. I couldn’t be happier with the results my stomach has reduced and I’ve also lost weight. Naz has truly helped give me back my confidence.

What really stands out is her exceptional aftercare. She always takes the time to check in and make sure I’m doing well, and her advice is thoughtful and reassuring. I’m so pleased with my results that I’ve now booked Lemon Bottle treatment for my arms as well.

I've been going to LBC for the odd treatment, such as a facial or dermaplaning, since 2019 and I've always been really happy with the service I received but with a festive season leaving my skin looking dull and a bit more tired than usual I decided to go all out and I'm so pleased I did. I had microneedling and a skin booster treatment and as someone who's a few years shy of 50 I can't remember a time my skin looked or felt so good. I had the treatments about 5 weeks ago and wanted to wait to see if the initial glow dissipated but I can honestly say my cheeks are plumper and my skin looks and feels even better than it did straight afterwards and I've only had one session! I'm a nervous patient when it comes to needles and Nas took the time to fully explain the procedure and put me at ease and I really appreciate how she explains everything without all the jargon. I wish I'd done this ages ago now as the results speak for themselves. A big thank you to Nas and the LBC team!

Experience was amazing from start to finish, had a thorough consultation over FaceTime to discuss treatment options- Nas was so knowledgeable and I never felt pushed or forced into making a decision about anything! She was very honest about pricing throughout.
The treatment process itself was exceptional, and I am thrilled with the results! Couldn’t recommend any more highly.

Unfortunately, my experience with this clinic was very disappointing from start to finish.

There were ongoing issues with communication and booking, and on arrival there was confusion about my appointment. I was left waiting outside while trying to clarify access, which was stressful and unnecessary.

Although I arrived early for my appointment, the clinic was not prepared, and the overall organisation felt poor. It was difficult to contact anyone directly beforehand, and I only received prompt communication after leaving a negative review.

During the treatment, I was advised that I was not suitable for the advertised two-cup treatment, and only one cup was used. This meant I was unable to receive the full service that I had paid for. The treatment was also significantly more painful than similar treatments I have had elsewhere, which raised concerns for me.

The environment felt overly informal for a clinical procedure, with excessive personal conversation from staff and an over-familiar tone. While the staff may be friendly, professionalism and adapting to client needs is important in this setting.

I travelled a long distance in good faith and was willing to do so based on previous positive experiences with other providers. Unfortunately, this clinic did not meet those expectations.

When I requested a fair adjustment or refund for the unused portion of the package, this was refused, and the response was defensive rather than solution-focused.

Overall, I did not feel valued as a customer, and I would not return or recommend this service.
As I have been unable to resolve this directly, I am now pursuing formal escalation through the appropriate channels.

I would encourage prospective customers to carefully review terms, communication practices, and suitability assessments before purchasing.

It’s so unusual for a salon to have so many 5 star reviews!

I travelled for 1 hr 45 mins to get there only to find a completely empty salon with a locked door. How can a salon be completely empty on a Friday!! No staff no customers and a locked door. Hard to park there as it’s a parade on a busy roundabout. Given I was on time you’d expect someone to make the effort to be there.

Let’s see if I get a refund! What a waste of a day!! Very disappointed indeed.

L.B.C is a great place for great treatment and friendly staff. Naz was so helpful from the beginning, giving me free consultations to go through what she recommends as I was wanting to try skin boosters to hydrate my damaged skin. She gave me the best advice and I did 4 sessions of Nucleofill with her and not only did she put me at ease for a new treatment, the results were INCREDIBLE. Then prior to my wedding I went in and she gave me an honest step by step recommendation and timeline for the best skin for the big day.

Couldn't recommend more!
