I booked several treatments with this business and paid in person. I later had to cancel due to a medical diagnosis and gave **5 days’ notice**, which is well beyond the **48‑hour cancellation policy** stated in my booking confirmation email. I therefore reasonably expected a refund.

Instead, I was told I was not entitled to one because of “terms and conditions” on a direct booking....and not included in my confirmation email.

Under UK consumer law, businesses must make any important terms Clear.
I was never shown or asked to accept any cancellation terms beyond the 48‑hour policy in my confirmation email.

I tried to resolve this directly and politely, but my emails were ignored or they come back to you after 7 days, yet make out they have a number of staff!

I am shocked by how unprofessional and dismissive the communication has been. Reading other reviews, it appears I am not the only person who has experienced similar issues with payments and customer service.

I would strongly advise others not to use this service as I am still waiting for my refund of £299.00 and will let you know if in fact I receive it

I did not send threatening or abusive messages. Raising concerns and asking for clarity after delayed responses is not harassment.

Medical concerns were raised responsibly and at your request. Treatments were cancelled for safety reasons, and services paid for were not received.

Previous visits or past reviews are irrelevant to the current issue. A client can return many times and still be entitled to a refund when a treatment is not carried out.

The key point remains unanswered:

£299 is owed for a treatment that was not provided.

Please confirm when the refund will be processed.

I have had 2 treatments with you.
One was successful. One made no difference at all.
I was booked in for another treatment in October and cancelled due to it being my birthday.
I then decided that I did not want such an invasive procedure and you changed it and added that I need to pay more money.
It was your staff that couldn’t book me in stating that you did not have your diary open for Dec or Jan 2026.

I would not ever think of using you again and as per YOUR OWN cancellation policy you were given notice and I would like a refund in full.
Do you really believe that I would allow you now to work on myself ?
This is my final communication with your business.
I look forward to receiving my refund of 299.00.
If I do not receive it I will take things further.

All the bad reviews are ‘deemed as fake and a competitor playing silly games’ No. Her students and friends are the ones that continually post good reviews to try and get away from the true horror of service.

Plasma Laser Disaster. Run for the hills and stay away from this place.

I am writing this review to formally document my experience with this salon, which I found to be deeply unsatisfactory and concerning.

Following my treatment, I made several attempts to contact the salon regarding aftercare and healing concerns. These messages were largely ignored. When responses were received, they were brief, dismissive, and ultimately ceased altogether. This lack of communication was particularly troubling given the nature of the treatment and the issues I was experiencing.

The aftercare guidance provided was inconsistent and contradictory. I was verbally instructed in the salon not to wet the area or apply creams, while the written aftercare leaflet supplied by the salon stated the opposite. I sought clarification on this discrepancy and received no response. I followed the written advice provided to me via email, yet my concerns were subsequently disregarded.

As a result of this treatment, I have experienced prolonged healing, healing should be 5-7 days mine took a month for the scabs to come off, scarring, and persistent redness around the eye area. These effects remain ongoing and I am scarred for life. Plus the treatment did not work at all.

I was required to sign consent and disclaimer forms prior to treatment, despite requesting to do so afterward (as it stated on the disclaimer). I was informed that refusal would result in the treatment being cancelled and the loss of my payment. This caused significant discomfort and felt coercive.

During the appointment, the practitioner who was Naz herself and who owns the salon retrieved a plasma laser pen from her personal handbag and proceeded to use it. I found this highly unprofessional and concerning from a hygiene and clinical governance perspective.

When I raised a complaint, the response was not focused on resolving my concerns but instead involved attempts to upsell additional treatments. At no point did I feel that my wellbeing or recovery was prioritised.

I also found comments made by the practitioner regarding other clients’ cosmetic procedures to be unprofessional and inappropriate for a clinical or aesthetic setting.

Overall, I felt dismissed, inadequately supported, and distressed by the handling of my treatment and subsequent concerns. I would not return to this salon and would advise others to go elsewhere!!

Fabulous, fabulous, fabulous. The kindest sweetest and funniest team. Love going in here and always feel so looked after, And the results that follow speak for themselves! I always leave feeling (and looking) and million bucks! Love you all so much!

Nas is great at communicating, my consultation was smooth sailing and Nas has been great in answering any questions I have. I’ve had many sessions with Nas for different reasons and each time she has been very reassuring, friendly and professional. You can tell she truly cares about her clients & their well-being which is very refreshing. Would definitely recommend!

I had Botox in three areas of my face and I found Naz to be very professional and easy to communicate with. She listened to my concerns and helped me understand my face and how the Botox will help with each area. 1 week on I can see great results already. I won’t go anywhere else !!

I’ve been using this clinic for several years. The staff are the best. They are super super friendly but professional at the same time. It is like coming to see friends. I have had HIFU, Morpheus, lemon bottle….. LOVE LOVE all of them. Nas gives the best guidance. Would highly recommend
