Good quality product
This is my 3rd time purchase. I bought a classical guitar reference book and some extra nylon strings. Delivery was fast as usual. I am happy that the book is spiral bound, so music sheet can be separated and can be played without carrying the whole book.

I had to pay additional 10 € in the delivery, however refunded afterwards
I am disappointed because I had to pay 10€ additional on the delivery because of Customs Clearance. However the London Guitar refunded me after Indid ask for. Thank you.

Dear Jose, we are very sorry about the issue of the charge for customs clearance, these vary a lot between different countries since Brexit so it is not always clear what will get charged.
