10 Wochen Lieferzeit - unpersönliche Kommunikation
Fünf Wochen Lieferzeit waren angekündigt. Am Ende wurden es 10 (!). Zwischendurch kamen immer wieder Mails ohne Anrede, die ein pdf-Dokument angehangen hatten. Darin musste ich dann das aktualisierte Lieferdatum suchen, dass sich mehrfach änderte. Ein Bedauern oder eine Entschuldigung hielt Louis Poulsen nicht für erforderlich. Für einen Anbieter und Hersteller von hochpreisigen Produkten unangemessen. Auf Kritik per Mail wird auch nicht reagiert. Ich kaufe zukünftig lieber woanders.

Leider wird kein Netzteil mitgeliefert…
Leider wird kein Netzteil mitgeliefert und die gängigen Kabel von Apple haben eine zu hohe Spannung. Bei einer Designerlampe hätte ich erwartet, dass ein Kabel dabei ist, bei dem ich mir nicht erst Zusatzteile bestellen muss.

We are truly sorry that it wasn’t clear that an adapter is not included with your new lamp.
Our decision not to include an adapter is based on our focus on the environment and a more sustainable future. Many of our customers already have a compatible adapter, and by reducing the production of adapters and packaging, we help lower CO₂ emissions.
We recommend using a universal USB power adapter that can supply a minimum of 1.5A.
If you have any questions when turning on your lamp for the first time, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
A user guide is included, and you can also find a step-by-step video on our website.
We hope this information is helpful and that you will enjoy your lamp for many years to come.

Ware ok, Lieferzeit und Kommunikation schlecht
6 Wochen Lieferzeit ankündigen, Geld einkassieren und dann ohne weitere Infos mehrfach den Termin zu schieben, so dass es am Ende und 4 Monate dauert ist ganz bestimmt nicht sehr zufrieden stellend! Wenn man dann anruft und die lapidare Antwort bekommt, man könne ja per Email das Geld zurück fordern, hilft das auch nicht. Ware ist ok, Lieferung per GLS erwartet schwierig (erst gar keine Info zum Liefertermin, dann Lieferung heute mittag und keine Möglichkeit, einen Nachbarn als Ansprechpartner nennen)

Absolutely love my new PH5 pendant, BUT
Absolutely love my new PH5 pendant, but I must say that I would have expected a bit more quality of its finishing. The assembly was really gentle and we tried our best to handle the lamp with the highest of care. Yet the lock in mechanism between the two pieces it’s awful. The lamp got scratched with minimum force. I was shocked, for the price point I would have expected better quality :( Otherwise the lamp is stunning! The scratches are permanent, luckily they are on top so not really visible.

Leveringtid på 5 mdr
Leveringtid på 5 mdr. Jeg bestilte en PH80 lampe i december 2025. Jeg har ad adskellige omgange kontaktet kundeservice og rykket for levering, da jeg ikke forstår, at der kan være så lang leveringstid på produktet. Den 6/4-2026 modtog jeg på mail endelig besked om, at lampen ville blive sendt d. 7/4-2026. Ugen efter, får jeg endnu en mail om, at lampen ville blive sendt, men nu med ny dato d. 13/4-2026. Jeg kontakter kundeservice, som ikke er i stand til at hjælpe mig og jeg får efter gentagne forsøg et nummer til Louis Poulsens salgsafdeling. Først efter at have fået kontakt i salgsafdelingen bekræfter de, at min ordre nu er sendt og at betaling ligeledes er blevet trukket. Hele handlingsforløbet taget i betragtning, får Louis Poulsen 1 stjerne. Jeg har brugt uanede mængder af tid på at rykke og få opdateringer. Det er ikke i orden.
