Qualität und Design
Ein tolles Einkaufserlebnis. Versand- und Lieferungsdatum wurden bereits bei Bestellung mitgeteilt und eingehalten.
Die Lampen kamen gut verpackt an und der gesamte Prozess war sehr transparent.
Ich bin von den Produkten zudem absolut begeistert und sehr zufrieden mit meiner Kaufentscheidung.

Tracker says the package is delivered, but I have not received it yet! Needs an investigation. Seems it is courrier’s fault, not Louis Poulsen. LP I love!

Defective lamp and no replies
One of my lamps (bought in march 2025) stopped charging and working. I’m trying to contact Louis Poulsen Germany to see if I can fix it or replace it, since this is a malfunction out of nowhere, as I was not at fault over this. I want to be clear that is not a charger thing as I have another panthella 160, that is charging normally with the same cable. Anyway, It’s been days and I have not received any response from them and I don’t know what to do. I hope with this message they answer me and replace my defective lamp.
