We are truly sorry that it wasn’t clear that an adapter is not included with your beautiful new lamp.
Our decision not to include an adapter is based on our focus on the environment and a more sustainable future. Many of our customers already have a compatible adapter, and by reducing the production of adapters and packaging, we help lower CO₂ emissions.
We recommend using a universal USB power adapter that can supply a minimum of 1.5A.
If you have any questions when turning on your lamp for the first time or taking it out of “transport mode,” please don’t hesitate to contact us.
A user guide is included, and you can also find a step-by-step video on our website.
We are always here to help - you can call or write to us, and we will do our very best to give you a five-star experience.
We hope this information is helpful and that you will enjoy your lamp for many years to come.

Delivery still hasn’t been made
Delivery still hasn’t been made, order was placed on the 3rd November, was supposed to be 1-3 working days, the products still have t arrived.Money has been taken though!!!!
Several emails have been sent to Track delivery, but no info has been forthcoming coming.
I am seriously regretting the purchase when you get treated t like this.

Flera felaktiga fakturor och lång leveranstid
Har fortfarande inte fått mina tre små skruvar som jag beställde för länge sen, men däremot tre olika fakturor och felaktig info kring det mest.
Vet inte hur jag kan göra för att svara på ditt meddelande Christina, så redigerar detta inlägg istället.
Har nu mejlat. Hatten av för att ni följer upp missnöjda kunder, det gillar jag skarpt, precis som jag älskar många av era fantastiskt fina produkter!
Uppdaterar/redigerar igen. För nu har jag fått så himla bra och fin hjälp av Louis Poulsen. Det är framförallt en viss Christina som jag vill sätta i rampljuset och tacka. Du/ni har vänt en nattsvart kund till en strålande glad och nöjd kund!

Amazing customer service
Update to my previous feedback:
I bought the Panthella 160 portable lamp about a year ago, and unfortunately, it broke in half a week ago. Christina from Louis Poulsen’s customer service was amazing — she arranged a replacement right away and was very kind and helpful throughout the process. I’m extremely happy with the service.
Louis Poulsen lamps have such a beautiful design, and I was really disappointed when mine broke. But thanks to their great customer service, I’ll soon be able to enjoy it again!

wie wäre es wenn LP einen paketdienst beauftragen würde, der die bestellten leuchten auch am angekündigten tag zur angekündigten (und per onlinetracking nachverfolgbaren zeit) am vereinbarten ort ablegt (oder klingelt - denn es war jemand zuhause) und nicht auf dem absatz kert macht und behauptet "das paket konnte nicht zugestellt werden". GLS ist regelmäßig unzuverlässig und nicht vertrauenswürdig. freiwillig würde ich mit GLS nichts versenden.

Karton war nicht vollständig verpackt, Lampe funktioniert nicht, es wirkt als hätte ich einen Rückläufer erhalten. Vor 4 Tagen dem Shop geschrieben, noch keine Rückmeldung. Schade, es sollte ein Geschenk sein.

I reached out to customer service to inquire about the available options for repairing the switch on a desktop AJ lamp.
