I recently booked a trip through the LuckyTrip app . There were lots of different trips to choose from and once it was booked they were really helpful from start to finish with everything from checking in to provide useful information and phone numbers in case of emergencies . Definitely will use this app again .

I've just came back from my second trip away with LuckyTrip and I have to say it's been smooth for both trips, they take care of everything with good communication during the booking.

I booked a trip with LuckyTrip, it was my first solo holiday and it was amazing. One of the travel assistants helped me with everything and even got my flights upgraded. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I have been on three holidays with lucky trip to Majorca Galway and last weekend to Ibiza. I have loved every trip from the locations the value for money and the ease of booking. The communication throughout with the luck trip staff was excellent. I loved the way the app works and it's great fun searching and seeing the out of the box trips that you offer. I will definitely be back for more adventures!!

We tried Lucky Trip for the first time and went for a 4 night break in Portugal. The app was very user friendly and booking the holiday was super easy! Everything was taken care of and we had a lovely holiday. Will definitely be booking another soon! Thanks.

Lucky trip is my go to app, been to many places,and never had a bad experience, everything is always seamless, accommodation has never let me down. This app makes exploring affordable,so far been to about 12 different countries on a small budget. Planning my next trip soon.

I’ve took a trip to Luxenburg, just to check how much I’ll pay for a trip in total and how it all works in general. So I would say that this is Amazing app, which gives a great opportunity to have a weekend break, for a certain budget. I’ve advised this app to my friends and definitely will use it again 👍great job

Me and my partner have just been on a 4 night trip to Nerja and safe to say it’s probably been the best holiday so far.

We never would have travelled to or known anything of this place if it wasn’t for LuckyTrip’s suggestion. The whole booking process was so easy from start to finish. Lucy was our travel agent and kept us updated with everything we needed and replied within the hour to any queries we had.

We are already looking at our next trip through LuckyTrip and i greatly suggest booking with these guys if you are looking for a spontaneous visit to somewhere unknown!

We went to marrakech for a long weekend for my parteners birthday everything was arranged and easy to follow the hardest part was finding something to do while there

We have booked quite a few holidays through lucky trip. Every single one has been perfect. Including the one where i messed up a passport name and didn't realise until the day we flew. Lucy had it sorted within 1 hour which was amazing.

We haven't had a bad hotel or flight and the app is easy to use. We will continue to use lucky trip!

The best platform I have used to arrange holiday accommodation and flights. So many options and budget friendly. Brilliant customer service!!

After getting a reply you are missing the point - you’ve charged me to sit with my partner for BOTH ways, even though as you say you were only able to honor one way?

When booking it asks if you want to sit together, it doesn’t go into the airlines ect.

Lucky Trip asks if you’d like Lucky Trip to sit you together for both ways.

I said yes.

I paid both ways.

Lucky Trip do one way only.

Customer paid for two ways.

Customer asked for money back for the one way not honoured by Lucky Trip as advertised.

Lucky Trip say no.

Side note: you’ve admitted you charge people to sit together on EasyJet when they ‘usually do it for free anyway’?! Nice. Gorgeous.

I’ve just booked a trip to Nice using LuckyTrip and honestly… I’m seriously impressed.

I have been using this travel app for about 3 years now, and it’s become one of my favourite ways to plan trips. What I love most is the way it suggests places based on a set budget. This has given me ideas to visit spots I probably wouldn’t have picked on my own. Thanks to it, I ended up in Vienna, Tallinn and, more recently, Budapest, and these trips were fantastic. Every time I have booked through the app, things have worked smoothly from start to finish. No complications, no chasing anyone, everything works. I have been so impressed that I have been telling all my friends about it, and quite a few of them have signed up as well.
If you like the idea of discovering new places without spending ages planning, it’s definitely worth trying.

I paid £20 per person, per flight (2 people 2 ways) for £80 and they only got us sitting together on the flight to Gozo. Explained this and they didn’t offer a refund, kept gaslighting me into thinking I didn’t pay for both ways when hello I paid £80 and I have flight anxiety and that is at the top of my list of priorities to sit with my partner.

Tried to sort it with the airline and said Lucky Trip is (ir)responsible and there were no free seats.

Never offered a refund, refused to take responsibility. Offered me a credit for a future trip. NO thank you. So I am out £40 still. Not a lot but it’s not the time for bs like this in this cost of living crisis.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE - use the app then book it yourself with the info you find. It’s most likely cheaper! and you have the booking - not these gaslighting crooks.
