I bought a refurbished MacBook Pro that developed a fault. Initial contact suggested that I could get it fixed and turned around in 7 days. This didn't happen. It took a month of chasing to finally get some action. The action that I then received was good and the problem was resolved and I appreciated the effort put in to resolve the issue. The first month would receive 1 star, the eventual response 4/5 star so 3 stars sums up the full process.

Was bit worried about buying a laptop from an unknown buyer & a refurbed one . Took a few days too arrive . Not a mark on laptop , & well packaged . Will defo be buying again . Thank so much Maple UK .

This company was very very prompt with delivery, this impressed me very much!
i ordered on thursday and was delivered by tuesday how good is that!!!
The screen is immaculate no scratches or nothing and works a treat, fast and everything.
I was a tad disappointed with the back of the screen was all scratched up but an easy shell with cover that!
Absolutely amazing for £549.99!!! HAPPY!!!!

I have now had 3 PCs and an Ipod touch from this company. They all work perfectly and were as described. They were the best prices I could find, delivered very quickly and excellent value for money. I will definitely buy from them again and would recommend them.

Absolutely great company, delivered within time frame and good communication. And I'm writing this from my MacBook Pro, in perfect working order, with specs I'd pay double for in the Apple store. Highly recommended.

Update; I had some issues with the battery, through no fault of Maple UK and got in touch with Charles. After he had advised several options, to no avail, he offered me a replacement. Totally hassle free, old Mac got collected (free of charge) and the replacement got delivered just short of 48 hours later. In perfect working order, packed full of extra software such as Microsoft Office for Mac (I already had this backed up on my TimeMachine, but it's the gesture that counts) and to my surprise: an antiglare screen. Totally for free. If I could rate Maple UK any higher I would. Absolute TOP Customer Service who go beyond the extra mile. To the Moon and back would be more appropriate. And that's coming from a Dutchman where we take values as communication, high standards and keeping promises very seriously. Highly highly highly recommended!

Delivery time was much longer than I had been told, delivery driver had forgotten to pick up my laptop, although this was not maples fault.
Communication was good when I rang up and spoke to Charles who was extremely helpful and sorted out my order for me and kept me up to date, I was given a higher spec machine and a free warranty as a result, you can tell they value their customers and I truly believe I was a one off case and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them to others.

I just ordered a macbook pro - it couldnt have been smoother. Great communication, flawless product, and it arrived with extras. I highly recommend Maple computers.

Even after I changed my mind over my model, friendly Charles managed to sort it out and ship me the correct one in no time at all. The customer service was excellent, and it is great to be supporting an emerging business. I'm very happy with my computer, and the service I received. Five stars.

After a minor issue with an item being sent out in bad condition, I contacted them about the issue and I was contacted out of hours to sort the issue out! The item is being collected at no charge and a full replacement is being sent out. Charles has dealt with this, and is very friendly and helpful and I cannot fault this company in any way, I'm very impressed with them and their customer service. If you're looking for a refurbished computer at an excellent price with peace of mind if something does go wrong, then get it from Maple UK! Excellent in every single way!

I ordered a refurbished Macbook Pro 13" i7 from Maple Uk after researching numerous suppliers. I knew the exact machine I was looking for and Maple UK had it advertised at a very reasonable price. The description of the machine was very detailed and I was aware it might have some minor marks or scratches on it. The MBP arrived within 10 days and was in superb (perfect) condition. I use a lot of real time audio with midi controllers and this machine has solved all the audio issues I was having with my windows laptop. I would have no hesitation in recommending Maple UK to friends and colleagues.

Great Customer Service is the most important aspect in my experience with any company and I was delighted with the service I received from Maple. The refurbished MacBook Pro we bought for my son is in excellent condition and works perfectly. The small issue of a "failing" battery was resolved with a very enjoyable phone call to customer services and the new battery was sent out promptly and is now installed.` Maple UK deserve to be very succesful and I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy quality refurbished products.

Order a Mac Book for my daughter for Christmas...despite my leaving pretty late in the day, spoke to Charles and he said he would try to work out getting one to me on time.. It turned up this morning in an original Apple box... very please with the service I received and would not hesitate recommending Maple ... Thanks for a great service.

have just recived my 13" MacBook Pro from Maple. Turned up early than expected
came in fully working order and also came with a case and some extra software,which i was not expecting (bonus).
I will defiantly going to be recomended to my mates and will defiantly be using Maple again.

I was really impressed with Charles and his company. He was a great, really good communication, helpful and courteous and helped me get exactly the equipment i needed quickly and easily at a really good price.
